Wow, my feet feel fabulous. Great prices, great service, and wine. I'll be back because they did an excellent job. No bleeding toes and the water didn't burn me....Please stop by and experience this wonderful spa.

I had builder gel put over my natural nails to keep them from breaking off. I wanted to fix the length of 2 nails that had broken to match the length of my other nails. She fixed my pinkie nail but didn't fix my thumb nail and just filed down my thumb on the other hand to make them even. I'm not sure that the lady really even knew how to do it, she had to ask several people for help but it kind of worked. You can just see where the extra length was added through the polish. I asked for a sheer coat of polish so that's not her fault. A couple of my nails have dips in them where she didn't file them down evenly and I had to keep showing her where the uneven areas were. She seemed like she was trying to get done so she could leave. She actually did leave as soon as she put on my top coat and didn't say anything, I had another lady come over and check my nails and put cuticle oil on them before I left. All around it isn't the worst set I've gotten but this is why I never get my nails done. I don't think it was worth the money, tbh.. I probably won't be going back. I also just noticed that when she was trying to rip off the sticker from my pinky nail after letting the builder gel set she completely broke my nail and that was the entire reason for getting them done, so they wouldn't break.

I have never had a worse manicure than here in any other nearby salon
Cuticle simply forgot to treat, referring to the fact that it was not voiced to them, although manicure involves the treatment of nails in the first place!!!! They simply removed the varnish and painted the nails, and not in the best way, you can see it on the photo.

New to the area and after scouring reviews all over the city I decided upon Zen due to their reviews. Everyone was so sweet and welcoming, super relaxing atmosphere and they made me the best mimosas ever while I was pampered. They were meticulous and my nails look amazing. Will be my new go to spot!
