For our 25th anniversary party, we needed an event planner. My wife researched and interviewed many event planners from Bay Area to Roseville. Some of them showed great interest at first, but as we came closer to the month of the event, some of them dropped the ball by sending us various personal excuses, even though they had staff to cover for them. This created extra anxiety for my wife. So I took it upon myself to find a better event planning company -- I found Sister and Sister Event Planning Service out of Colfax. We met with Rebecca and Melissa.

They are the most accommodating team that I have ever seen. When I told Melissa that my wife is a bit stressed out, she took charge and started meeting with all our vendors in person and over email and phone. She got the biggest problems solved by working with JQ Events, this company has a ton of rental items, but they are sometimes challenging to work with. But Melissa got the ball rolling fast. Even though she is a special-ed teacher in the Granite Bay school district, she had plenty of time for us to meet in our house and deal with all the key requirements with other vendors. She did a superb job, and I cannot thank her enough. The rest of the team worked with Melissa in tandem, and it was ll taken care of in the best possible way!

They had only 3 PM to 6 PM to set up a 20’x20’ custom dance floor, an elaborated sweetheart table, a bunch of other tables like dessert, gift, and welcome tables, along with a 50’ white aisle runner, centerpieces, and 160 chairs for the 16 guest tables. They dealt with J’s chair rental delivering 5% of broken chairs. They dealt with guests not bringing their meal cards. They tore down the installations at the end of the party and didn’t leave until we left the premises.
