My large family and I are avid South of the Border Travelers. We usually take 2 trips each summer and we have done it ourselves or used online services each time. However, there is always tension/stress and lots of lost time when taking on the role of a travel agent. Also, once you arrive at the booked resort you always get treated differently because you booked on cheap-o-dot-com. - So, this time around, during the pandemic, we reached out to Stacey at First Class Service Travel for 1) Advice & Suggestions and 2) Guarantee that our travel would be top notch. - She made it rather easy and it worried me because I did not have any booking anxiety like usual. We arrived in Mexico, arrived at the checkout counter and BOOM, problems galore. Oh no, did I make the right choice by using a local establishment for my travel arrangements? - I immediately emailed Stacey and she replied right away. Next thing I know, she's talking to the front desk about my reservation. Before we knew it, the hiccup at check-in was all but a faint memory and we were treated FIRST CLASS all the way through our Vallarta Couples Vacation! - - The resort was having over booking issues and those without representation were on their own to battle it out. We on the other hand were able to book our get away with ease, save some money while doing so and have peace of mind before, during and after. We Definitely Recommend using this Travel Agent and letting them guide you towards a perfect vacation!!

Disney Cruise in Florida was the first cruise our family ever took. I can not even begin to describe how amazing and spectacular this trip was. Stacey took care of every last detail. I mean even our luggage was carried for us! This was the best trip I could have ever wished for. We had an absolute blast and we will definitely be booking ALL our travel with Stacey!

Stacey was highly recommended to me by one of my friends and I have always used online booking sites in the past but was never sure about the place until I got to the destination. Unfortunately, every one in a while I had to hear from my friends and family that the place I chose was not the best of the best.
I decided to give Stacey a try based on her being highly recommended and I can say with confidence that it was the best decision I made. She took all the pains of reserving the best spots, recommending the perfect flight plans and giving recommendations for local revered restaurants and attractions. I've used First Class Service Travel for cruises as well as Hawaii vacations. WHY do I use a travel agent? Instead of spending lots of time (and headaches!) shopping the internet, First Class Service Travel agents are experts that already know all the ins and outs of my selected destinations. I just tell them where and when I want to go, and they take care of all the details for me. And if an issue arises during my trip, I have the peace of mind knowing I can call my travel agent directly for assistance. The internet sites can't do that!
