The reason for the one star on this rating is because of customer service.
The agent at ATB Travel that was helping me explained our booking and bed arrangements. To find out when we arrived on the ship that was not the case and my daughter did not have a bed anywhere in our room. Was she supposed to sleep on the floor It was explained that she was to sleep on a pulldown bed as described going over our booking arrangements I even was shown a picture of it in a book they even gave me the book so I could show my daughter from the agency. So I went to the customer service desk on the crew ship and requested information on our booking of why we were missing a bed for my daughter. They informed me that there was no pulldown bed in this room. I told the customer service on the crew ship that’s what I paid for and they told me that I needed to take it up with ATB Travel agency. They can get me a rollaway bed that did came to the room with stains and NO bedding so I had to go back and request bedding and a cleaner bed. Through that whole ordeal I met the person that was in charge of our room he went above and beyond. Thank you. Once we arrived home I called ATB Travel on Monday left a message regarding questions about our booking and the room agreements. I never received a callback so I called again and left a message on Tuesday again. Finally spoke to a gentleman named Roberto and gave him my booking number and told him my questions and concerns he said he was going to look into my booking and when I call him back we would talk about it. When I did call him back later that day he seem like he didn’t even take the time to look into my booking because he had to ask for it again and wanted to know what my problem was. I proceeded to tell him what my problem was and his tone and attitude seem like he didn’t care so I was done with everything and ended up letting him know how I felt about the service and the company and that I would never book from this ATB Travel again and let all my friends and family know. I also told him thanks for the horrible experience since this was mine and my daughters first time ever on a cruise ship and hung up the phone.
