Alisol Ranch is the place to go when you need to get away from the stress of everyday life. The staff is friendly and helpful everywhere you go|The kids love it as much as the adults!!|My granddaughter loved riding the horses and the kids activities kept them busy every minute of the day. Pickle ball was a blast and the kids room offered many options|The food is delicious and we always were stuffed after every meal |We wanted to return the minute we left!!!

My wife and I were lucky to spend our honeymoon on this working cattle ranch. It's also a guest lodge with lots of activities to lean into. The library is absolutely gorgeous and the staff were friendly, compassionate and helpful. Perfect for families, families with kids, families with dogs, families with families and families with all the above 🙂 I would like to give a shout out to Manuel, Michael and Randy for their excellent service.

We have been staying at the Alisal annually for around 15 years now. The beautiful landscape, healthy horses, fantastic food and welcoming staff keep us coming back. We are equestrians in our daily lives and vacation riding is a nice break from the regular work load. The memories we have made while staying at the Alisal are priceless and more are coming! You won't be hungry with some of the best pancakes and bacon around and gourmet meals in the dining room. You can spend your time at leisure or as active as you like with riding, hiking, golf, tennis, a gym and even classes. Oh...the spa? Yes please. Wonderful massage and facial services. Who doesn't want to try ax throwing? It's a newer activity. Thank you Alisal for being one of just one of the few places I consider my soul food. How lucky I can get to you in just a few hours.

One of Cali’s gems. Founded in 1946 carries incredible atmosphere of old rancho. Rooms are perfectly decorated, meticulously cleaned and have more than you really need for your stay :)). Isn’t that awesome? Lots activities are offered at the premises, great food options and picturesque views. Rodeo is must attend

Alisal is a one of a kind experience. A bit pricey, but a great place for kids, and parents can relax too with great dining and beverages. The surrounding hills are Always breathtaking regardless of the season, and their landscaping is meticulous where there is always something in bloom no matter when you come. I think off-season is the best, but there are more planned activities and bbqs during the summer.

The Alisal Ranch offers activities for the whole family. We knew the vacation was going to be a success when the grandkids were all so excited to talk about their day at dinner each evening ^_^.||We (thee families) stayed at the Alisal last week, the food was excellent (Chef Eric), the Front Desk was helpful (Toni), reservations made things easy (Jeanne), and Sandy was fabulous in the Ranch (dining)Room. The Crawford Family is happy to highly recommend the Alisal Ranch! We will be back next year.

Alisal Ranch is a standout experience; The setting and grounds showcase the unique natural beauty and rich California history of the Santa Ynez Valley.|The rooms are beautifully appointed with the finest quality materials and amenities in a warm, classy western style. |The Oak Room Bar is a great way to start or end your evening; great live entertainment.|Our bartender, Ian, was so charming and knowledgeable.|Jack the Restaurant manager, Maria our dinner server was warm and delightful. |The food quality is excellent and included along with gratuities in the package price. Lovely piano accompaniment to farm fresh locally sourced gourmet ingredients. |The bath robes are unique; fashioned from gorgeous soft indigo denim and lined in cozy luxurious chenille. |The resident mousers, Tom and Jerry are super cute friendly kitties. |The horses and other ranch critters make this a memorable time for animal lovers of all ages. |This was a return visit for us and we plan to return again next May.

Alisal offers a unique blend of authenticity - a western ranch filled with thoughtful luxurious amenities. The rooms are recently renovated and spotless. The connection to nature and the ranch animals is restorative. I met a family who has returned the the ranch for 23 yrs. That speaks volumes.
