What phenomenal service!
Maryam stepped in to help us book a last minute international flight, set to leave the day before. She made it so easy, streamlined, took the time to explain the itineraries which was an immense help as we were dealing with an unexpected passing of a dear family member who was on vacation himself. The price was far cheaper than the other agents I called, but more important still was the consideration and patience that was obviously lacking in those we called before.
Definitely reccomend!

The company is owned by 3-4 people with number of offices in different cities in California. One of the owners (Mr. Beheshti) runs the San Jose office. I have been purchasing tickets from him for the last 10 years. I called and reserve a tickets to Iran, I also asked how much would it cost me if I had a stop in London, he said nothing. He sold the tickets with 1 stop in London on the way back from Iran . He failed to tell me that this stop would cost me $500 more, but had I stopped on the way to Iran, it would not have cost $500 and when I brought to his attention he excuse was " I did not ask". He know the regulations, not me.
He did similar thing in another trip in a different way. I will never buy tickets from him again. I recommend you ask him all kinds of questions.

They put you on hold for a long time, and there's no follow-up after the sale of tickets. They will not help you assign the seats or choose the meals.
