The front desk and breakfast staff we very attentive and helpful. We were in town to visit a family home impacted by the fire and they couldn’t have been more kind. Breakfast was above average, plenty of food and replenished quickly. We would stay here again!

My husband and I had a lovely stay at the Camarillo Hampton Inn. It is conveniently located next to amazing restaurants and tons of shopping. Literally every member of the staff at the Hampton Inn is so nice. Each team member smiles and says hello when you pass them. They are ready and willing to help if you need anything. My interactions with Alma in particular, truly made my stay a great one. Alma is so sweet. Alma is positive, friendly and so helpful. She takes pride in her work and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home during your stay. Hampton Inn is so lucky to have Alma on their team. Thank you Alma for being such a bright light at our new home away from home. Overall we loved the cold air conditioning, fresh clean towels, strong water pressure, gym and free water and coffee. I wish the breakfast went a little later so we could have tired it. Next time you need a nice place to stay give the Hampton Inn a try. I guarantee you'll make a friend and leave with a smile.

Fantastic stay! Staff were very professional and responsive. The room was clean and the beds were like clouds. Our family regularly choose Hampton Inn & Suites for our monthly get aways. And they nailed the soap dispenser we just love it. Special thanks to those who make it perfect at every stay,

Super disappointed!!! They took our bigger room away because the person in the room extended their stay, I get that. But then they said they couldn't give us the same size room as we selected and paid for and down graded us because they didn't have house keeping. Not my problem, I have kids that need a little space and was really disappointed, excuse after excuse. Customer service is really going downhill, we've been with Hilton for so many years and haven't experienced this.

The bed was quite comfortable, including the coverings and various choices of pillows. The room was very clean and I couldn’t hear any other guests. It’s nice that they offer breakfast, it’s not fancy but the waffles are pretty darn good. What really made the trip memorable was Julie, on the kitchen staff. We went down for breakfast and a previous guest had made quite a mess at the waffle station. Instead of just shutting down the waffle station, (as it was close to 10:00), Julie retrieved some fresh batter for my husband and myself and then made sure there was fresh coffee AND even brought us orange juice to our table (there wasn’t any left at the buffet). Her extra effort and pleasant disposition was very much appreciated. We will definitely stay here again.

We stayed here overnight to get a good night's sleep after a wedding nearby. That didn't so much happen. The beds are worn out and uncomfortable. The walls are super thin and could hear our neighbors very well. Since they chose to have a reasonable volume conversation late at night this was a problem. The bathroom doors are barnyard style sliding door and loud to open; so anytime anyone in the family used the bathroom everyone woke up.
They charge $10 for parking in a strip mall which is not really something I'd expect!
Pillows were nice and staff was courtious; thus some positive side to allow 3 stars.

Had a nice, large corner room, clean, but a bit smelly from the old carpet. The hotel seemed aged and so was our bed, not comfortable.

The buffet is a small business style. McDonald's is across the parking lot if you want better coffee. I recommend this place.
