DO NOT STAY HERE! Roaches on site yet they will deny it. Had to leave early morning w/all my items & report it to the office. Who knows if it went in my things. The maintenance man had to come and catch the roach which he did successfully. While I had to help him move the bed and sheets. That is not my job. They are saying I denied to do an incident report which is a LIE! I did the incident report after they explained they need it to have a company come inspect & they would reach out once that was done. It's been almost 3wks no update, 6 phone calls later to Diego the operations manager and the manager. Today, I finally called again & the manager was unprofessional, rude, and putting the blame on me, while also denying there are roaches on site. Also saying the company is being delayed. The manager said have a nice day and hung up on me without resolution after going back and forth with me putting the blame on me and not offering any resolution like a simple refund for the horrible experience. I have been very patient for 3 weeks and do not appreciate the unprofessional manager who argued with me over a situation out of my control. For $100 do not stay here. They claimed they offered me a late checkout to make the situation better and another room but after seeing the roaches, who in their right mind would want to step foot into another room? I also had to checkout early by 9am due to this issue. They do not care about their customers or their health. Since they are of no help or care about safety of their customers I will be reporting them to the Health Department. Good Luck!

Positive: Very basic but clean and safe and really not that noisy considering proximity to the 101. Lots of food/shopping within 2-3 miles. Negative: You may need to park 50 yards from your room/stairs if you get back late at night.

Considering the price, the location is good and convenient , very close to 101 and many places to eat and shop. The room is ok, but the pillows are bad. The service wasn’t good because they forgot to give me my ID back on my check in, and I just noticed that 15 min. after my check out where I was already some miles away. Some people reported noise due to the proximity of 101, but we stayed on a room in the back and did not hear anything.

No microwave in upstairs room 214. Standard room. Room was clean but smelled like urine. Maybe the carpet? Didn't have time to tell office staff. Pool is open 9am to 9pm. No hot tub. Fairly priced vending machines near office as well as ice machine, bathrooms and microwave that you can use.

The place was fair. Outside could stand a major cleaning
The room had cobwebs and a couple of daddy long legs had tobe relocated out side. Sheets were clean.
Biggest complaint was the rooms were booked way in advance and requested rooms tobe next to each other on the
ground floor. From some reason this was never done so it took the lady at the front desk more than 45 minutes to provide our needs.

Positive: "" Negative: The carper was super wet which had a little sign indicating that. But the odor of the carpet was awful and it made the piece where you wash your hands super slippery since the carpet was wet. I had to check out early due to the carpet smelling awful.

Great location very clean and quiet. Rooms do come with a fridge. Definitely worth the money. Yes it is a budget hotel so don't expect alot.
