Private pilot and commercial pilot license training is amazing here. Highly recommended and A+ 5 star commercial flight instructors at this location. Very humble and informative instructors that will help you achieve your helicopter pilot goal. Demo flight is a must do to see for yourself. I absolutely love this location and helicopters

I have gone up in Orbic's helicopters as a 'tourist' to view the Malibu Hills, as well as am currently a student (training under Julian), and am very happy with my experience here. Their private pilots certification course is 55 hours long (roughly $500/hr, or $25k), and they provide books, pilots log, and go above -and-beyond in their teaching, because they train their students on all the emergency landing procedures, which is not required, but HECK! I want to know what to do in the worst possible scenarios no matter what! I am learning on a R44 Cadet 2-seater.

The Camarillo airport is a dream to train out of, since their is on-site traffic control, and very light traffic which is primarily private in nature.

Great restaurant nearby (Waypoint), easy parking outside the Orbic building, FAA-certified doctor a few blocks away. Orbic also is a certified dealer of Robinson helicopters, does repairs, sells used craft, etc. I am intending to purchase a helicopter down-the-line, so it is nice knowing that the place where I am learning is full-service.
