I just had one of your buses run a red light coming off the hwy 57 south and I almost crashed into the bus. 9/28/2024 @7:00 pm
That driver didn't even think about stopping for the red light.
That's bad business.

Autobuses ACN left us in tijuana border inspection when our destination was Tijuana Airport will not recommend traveling with them. Horrible customer service will not give us money back and said nothing can be done. Salesperson said the bus route was nonstop but yet they had us transfer to another bus in san isidro.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! We used this business to have our personal goods transported to Mexico. Once our bins were delivered to Mexico, all the items inside the bins were taken/ stolen.

The individual that runs this business is a crook and shall be held accountable. We will also be filing a police report.

Do not trust this business to have e goods shipped and transported

Nunca vuelvo a viajar en esta línea es la peor en la que e viajado el camión que se suponía saldría a las 5:00pm salió a las 9:00pm estuvimos esperando 4 horas, los baños no servían y por si fuera poco el camión se descompuso y nos dejó varados. Piénsalo muchas veces antes de viajar aquí, si yo fuera tu mejor me voy caminando.

No salen a la hora indicada, compre un boleto para irme al aeropuerto de Tijuana y me mandaron en una tipo van, aparte no me podían asegurar si llegaría a tiempo a pesar de que me fui muchi antes.
