Highly recommend. I wasn’t for sure after reading a lot of negative reviews BUT i can tell we had zero issues. Earphones worked great. could hear lady just fine. buses were clean. drivers were professional, definitely worth the cost. We did the 1 day pass and got to see 2 routes: Red & Yellow. My daughter just moved to LA and she was pleased with how much we got to see. My husband and I are visiting from Texas we were extremely happy with the results.

We did a private day tour with Lee which was terrific. He arrived on time and the vehicle accommodated our accessibility needs. He navigated traffic great to keep our itinerary on target and was loaded with facts and trivia about Hollywood and greater LA. Gwen helped set up the tour and answered all my questions.

This was an amazing experience and the fact our tour guy was so knowledgeable and played the music for the specific artist house as we drove up to it was amazing. For example for Michael’s Jackson’s house he played his music it made it very exciting. Highly recommended ?

Highly recommend the hop-on hop-off LA sightseeing routes! I was staying in Santa Monica, and one of the buses stopped very close by. We rode the bus around town and all the way through the red route! The top of the bus had great views - a fantastic experience to see the area without having to pay for a car or Uber to get to the most well-known attractions.

The only cons: the all-day pass is kind of an investment, so you'll want to spend most of the day onboard to get your full value. When you buy your ticket, you get a physical ticket you need to keep on you to reboard the bus. Timetables aren't always accurate, and buses have the tendency to run fairly late due to traffic. I'd recommend calling the office, which has a live GPS tracker for every bus, if you're in a pinch.

We picked on celebrity home tour, i personally didn’t see it interesting because either the homes are far away or the homes are not visible much. We are a party of 4 , and couldn’t seat together. Pros are, vehicle is on time, they could accommodate my manual wheelchair and communication is great.

The tours are okay. I had no trouble with the audio and it provided some interesting information. They make you print a ticket and tell you that your phone ticket will no longer work. I don't understand why but had to worry about not losing a little slip of paper. That was highly annoying.
The bus showed up on time for me. However transferring from beach route to Hollywood route meant sitting on a bench in the middle of nowhere for about 20 minutes. That seemed by design. No clue why.

Zero Stars (Avoid): My first time in LA, I thought a tour would be a great way to explore the city. There were several tour buses, but I was initially impressed by the size of the buses and the crew. I paid for the tour and expected a smooth experience. However, things quickly went wrong.

The ticket machine malfunctioned, preventing it from issuing my ticket. I showed the clerk my credit card statement and text message from the tour company confirming the transaction. Despite this, another man aggressively demanded that we get off the tour bus, claiming that the transaction had failed. He disregarded my evidence and proceeded to pull us off the bus, asserting that the transaction had not gone through.

After a frustrating five minutes of arguing, he contacted his manager, who took my credit card. The gentlemen stated his manager verbally confirmed that the transaction had not gone through. To our surprise, the transaction was processed the following day and I’m now fighting to charge back. It was an humiliated experience as they treated us as if we had not paid for the tour and were aggressive about getting us off the tour bus. Ultimately we paid another company to do the tour and had a completely different experience.

This experience was a complete waste of time and money. I strongly advise anyone considering this tour company and to avoid it at all costs.
