Similar experience to what was shared below (but a different trip). It was frankly harrowing. We were a group of seniors who were stranded in a foreign airport with no transportation to the hotel, a hundred miles away. No one spoke the language. Premier offered no help. We had to figure it out on our own, at our own expense, after 36 hours of travel. The rest of the trip was equally stressful, with one member ending up in the hospital. Their apology? "Things didn't work out as planned". They took no responsibility for putting seniors in danger on multiple occasions, and offered us a travel credit for $200. We joked that it was like getting a travel credit for the Titanic. I don't think this company will (or should) be around much longer.

We had a wonderful tour to Ireland.Great Tour Director, and Motorcoah driver . The last leg of the journey was frustrating the flights had to be changed,and no bus to get back home (16 people). We had to use separate cabs,and some of the drivers were dangerous to ride with. We did not feel safe.

I recently traveled to Egypt with Premier World Discovery (Feb 2022), and I had the best bucket list trip experienced. We had a small group of seniors, and we were treated like royalty. From 5-star hotels to amazing cuisine experience and to their top-notch Tour Director and Egyptologist. Premier did an amazing job putting together an itinerary that makes you immerse into ancient civilization of the Egyptian culture. This is a once in a lifetime trip and I am glad I did it with Premier World Discovery.

We travelers to Switzerland with Premier. Our director/guide Chris McCool was terrible. He didn’t care if his travelers lgot lost and misled us on details that effected our health.

If anyone is thinking about taking a tour, this is absolutely the most professional tour operators you're going to get in the industry! Everything from the First Communication till the time we get on the plane to come home from Quebec City in Montreal was perfect! Our tour manager, Alma was and is an absolute professional, she has such a sweet and joyful attitude she makes you feel like you're the only person on the motor coach. Our motor coach driver Allen was also amazing! It was blizzard like conditions leaving Quebec City going to the Montreal Airport and he had a steady hand at the wheel and calm cool and Collective at every move!

We recently completed the Utah's Mighty National Parks Tour - and it was fabulous! The Tour Director Brandon Smith and Motorcoah driver Chris Wood were top-notch, professional, polite, informed, and fun! The scenery was breathtaking. This was our very first tour trip and would highly recommend it. It was obvious our Tour Director was well informed and very knowledgeable of the area, it's geology, wildlife, and people. His hard work, commitment to superior service, and recommendations were invaluable in making this trip a big success !!!

Had a great trip to Iceland in June. Good food stayed at Grand Hotel. tour guide was very knowledgeable. Only thing that my concern was not getting a choice of food that you wanted to eat. Tour guide set up all meals that are provided by Premier world you pay for in package. It would be nice to stay at certain sites longer than sitting at a museum for an hour and a half, and you could’ve been at a funner place like blue lagoon or the waterfalls longer. But overall it was well planed and I will travel with Premier World again in future trips.
