These are definitely false reviews because I rented from this man Prince and it was a last minute rental because it was a Sunday and all the other name brand rentals was closed in the High Desert area. At first everything was good until the return, I had been in contact with this man regarding extending and all that I kept the car from June 2 until return on 6-15 but the guy phone was out of service on 6:14 when in wanted to return the car. He even apologized the next day and it was no problem: I dropped it off and made a video 6/15 of the vehicle and it being dropped off due to know one there to receive the vehicle, I later seen my account 2 weeks later to be charged for not returning when I could not reach the guy to return the vehicle and my account was charged two additional days with him taking a additional $200 out and owing me $26.25. I WILL NEVER RENT FROM HERE AGAIN!!!!
IF I HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY I WILL WAIT FOR A BRAND COMPANY (ex. Enterprise , Hertz, Avis)THAT CAN AFFORD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NOT A SMALL BUSINESS RAN OUT OF A HOME ? ?

I have used A1 rentals several times over the years , but this time in particular they literally went above & beyond! Vanessa was absolutely amazing! When the wrong bar was initially delivered, she quickly started looking for the one I needed and found a way to deliver it before the end of the work day. She was in constant contact with me throughout the day . Martin who delivered it was also very helpful & polite! They both saved the day . They’re the best !

We've been using A1 Party Rentals for about 4 years now and I would recommend this company. Besides the snooty receptionist in the front, A1 always delivers for my family's events. The equipment is clean and functioning and in great condition. (Canopies, tables, chairs, dancefloor, heaters, lightning, linen, and dinnerware) AND they even have a kid-size selection as well. We always get their kids tables & chairs for our functions!!!!

I do not even know where to begin. We had a wedding yesterday in Palm Springs and the last week the desert has experienced some of the weirdest weather, rain in and out of the horizon with no really understanding as to what may happen. On Thursday, just two days prior to our client's wedding, we decided we had to seek out a tent for 200 people, to not risk the potential forecast of rain. That day myself and Associate contacted, communicated, and were denied by 29 companies. Yes, you're reading this right! From LA, to Orange, to San Diego, companies either had the tent with no available labor or they didn't service Palm Springs. With a final push, we stumbled upon A1, and to say I am thankful would be an understatemt. We worked directly with Gabriel, he wanted to do everything he could to help us, and not only did we secure our tent at 6:45 PM on Thursday, his crew was onsite at 8:00 AM the very next morning and installed one of the most spectacular tents we've had. From how equipped they were in labor, to professionalism, I will not be going anywhere else for my equipment needs. Thank you A1 for your help, professionalism, and everything in between.

I rent expensive wood tables and chair for graduation dinner . Sone chair are broken . I try to contact the company and they don’t call you back for 2 days Please check another company before you deal with them .
