This was a beautiful experience. We saw one whale tail flapping and then breaching over and over again. The captain was great at turning the boat so we could see. Isaiah was quick to call out location to look (“we got one at 1 o’clock”) and was full of fun facts; he loves the whales and you can tell. Laura was also very kind and answered questions for me while we were cruising.

The last whale sighting before going back to the harbor was spectacular. A whale jumped fully out of the water. At some point I just put my phone down and enjoyed the show.

Definitely will never forget this experience!

Excellent AM whale watching tour on Halloween with Isaiah, Kenny and Laura. Knowledgeable, enthusiastic and professional guides. Good pacing, smooth navigation and multiple close sightings of humpbacks and dolphins!

This was my second tour with Discovery Whale Watching. First one was in August 2024. Recommended!

Truly was a once in a lifetime experience. We got to see common dolphins, humpback whales, and even my favorite type of whale, killer whales. We even got to see the killer whales and hump ack whales fighting for dominance, which we were informed is an extremely rare occurrence. Thank you so much to the crew at Discovery Whale Watch for making it such an informative and memorable experience. I am so glad that the first time I got to see killer whales in the wild was with you guys.

Our experience = 5 stars. We took the 1:30-4:30 pm Afternoon Whale Watch. Beautiful sunny day and plenty of Humpback Whales, sea lion “rafts” and a variety of sea birds. The crew—JJ, Maddy and Jesse—combined for storytelling, education, fun and importantly, they find the whales. We got a bonus with momma whale and baby calf together. Thank you, Discovery!

Wow! Just Wow!! What a special 4th of July!! Discovery Whale Watch is by far the BEST! Their entire staff, from answering phone questions, check-in, and the actual whale watching, was phenomenal. We were on the boat with Captain Danny, Andrew, and Kenneth. These guys totally made the trip perfect. They were efficient, knowledgeable, friendly, and fun! Fantastic whale spotters. We were blessed with seeing Risso's dolphin, Dall's porpoise, sea lions, and approximately 15 humpback whales!! Including a mama and her calf. It could not have been a more perfect day. Thank you, Discovery, Captain Danny, Andrew, and Ken, for making this happen!

Absolutely amazing, Maddy, Jesse and Captain Andrew were fabulous.
We saw many Wales and.4 interacted with our boat for a couple of hours. This is an experience of a lifetime. We cannot recommend enough. Thank you crew, you were absolutely awesome.

Just completed a trip with you guys. The trip was really heartfelt with some amazing sightings.
We alomst saw a group of 9 and then 5 and 3 and a single humpback whales totaling 18 humpback whales and a grey whale too.
Thank you so much to Captain Andrew and Marine Biologist Andrew for their expertise that gave us amazing sightings.
Love to come back.
