Pros: 1.Cleaning crew was very sweet and are obviously honest people trying to make a living. They were very respectful and outgoing.
2. Customer service for billing is very helpful.

Cons:
1. They took some of my own cleaning supplies with them.
2. Was told a 3 man crew would do the whole house, was provided with a 2 man crew who only did a touch up.
3. I originally scheduled an appointment and spent all day waiting and no one showed up. Upon rescheduling the crew was still 2 hours late and was not very communicative on their arrival time. Making it difficult for me to go about my day.

The people were nice. Organizing/arrangements were great. The cleaning wasn't done to expectations. I didn't catch the issues on the walk through. It was great to have the guy on the phone reiterate the reason for the walk-through. I wouldn't recommend this service. Frankly, I shouldn't have to catch that a whole bathroom wasn't cleaned.

This is the worst cleaning service I’ve ever had. I hired this service to deep clean my 3.5 bathrooms for 4 hours (8 hours of labor). The married couple that came was very nice until I was not happy with their service and asked to speak with the owner. The toilet and surrounding tile/grout had DRIED pee grime from my little boy all over it and the tile floor. The husband said my son did that AFTER he cleaned and was yelling at me!! There was corosition in the master shower, black mold, water spots and soap scum throughout. The floors were not cleaned, dirty grout, spots and hair everywhere! Then when the wife asked if she could stay and clean it, her husband started yelling and cursing at me! I felt very uncomfortable by his combative and aggressive behavior and wouldn’t allow them to reclean. My little kids were home and I didn’t want them to see and hear his potty mouth and crazy behavior! I didn’t feel safe myself, and my husband told them to leave!

The crew shows great care in the work, but also in how they treat the elderly customers. From the first contact to the end of the job, it's clear they care about their customers. I will highly recommend them to anyone who is moving to the next stage of life or simply needs a home cleaning.
