Sorry for the delay, but as the saying goes, "Better late, than never."

I typically create my own itinerary whenever hubby and I go on a trip, but I didn't want to mess up on a place we've never been before, esp. since this was going to be our anniversary gift to ourselves. In addition, I wanted us to island hop to Santorini and Crete. So I was happy to find a local travel agency.

Nick was so easy to work with. We gave him dates of when we wanted to go and our budget. And the only thing I wanted to be responsible for was the excursions. He worked with us when we wanted to downside on certain hotels and answered questions at a reasonable time. Despite having a few questionable logistics, everything worked out smoothly during our trip to Greece. At first, we weren't going to do private transportation, but having it from and to the airport really makes a difference. In the end, we never had to call Nick for anything during our trip. We were able to enjoy every bit of our trip without a problem. So, thank you for making our anniversary trip truly memorable.

Nick is the BEST!! He planned a vacation to Mexico for my group of six. Everything went so smoothly. He handled all of the details including airline tickets, resort stay, transfers to and from the resort. I made some special requests, and he made sure those happened. Nick responds immediately to questions and has a happy attitude always. He was on hold with an airline for us for hours which took up most of his Saturday. When I apologized for the hassle, he said, "No problem, that's what I'm here for!" I will always use Nick and Exquisite Travel from now on. He makes the vacation hassle free and wonderful!

Nick at Roseville Travel was an excellent help on our first international trip with kids. I love getting taken care of so I really appreciate the work Nick, our agent, always does for us. I have worked in administration and project management for years and the last thing I want to do is plan a vacation. I don't want to coordinate anything. Nick does all the research and planning. We just tell him what vibe we're going for and he takes off. I know there are many different ways to book your own plans, but I just don't have to. If something were to go wrong (which thankfully hasn't happened) , Nick has all the solutions. Excellent service all the way around.
