Very nice and clean. Small but not so busy. Nice that there are free drinks. I will definitely come back to play BINGO. It looked really popular. Wish it was closer than an hour and half.

UPDATE: The customer service is horrible if you need to reach GUEST SERVICES BY PHONE because it is NONEXISTENT. I have screenshots of letting their phone ring for more than 10 minutes and STILL no one answered... EVER. I called back, pressed the option for the hotel because they've always answered immediately, who then transferred me to the guest services manager so I could relay my dissatisfaction and guess what?!!! All I got was her voicemail because she, too, has never once answered the phone the many times I've called. Months later she still has NEVER returned my voicemails! If not answering the phone is what is considered acceptable for the guest services manager, then apparently, it's acceptable for all guest service employees. Maybe I'm mistaken but doesn't guest services mean to service the needs of the guests? Because when they're not answering phone calls I can promise you they are NOT helping guests with their needs. And twice when asking a simple question at guest services in person, twice I've been answered with a snide remark that conveyed they were in no way interested in working to resolve my issue, and both times they did exactly that, never resolved my issues or answered my questions. So I made it clear I'm most likely going to just take my money to Red Hawk casino.

Good feels all around. I love opening the front door and getting blasted with the smell of the casino. I don't know how that do it, I mean considering the amount of people that frequent there and that it is open smoking on the casino floor, but it always smells so good walking into this casino.

Came to play bingo and my free play there whole System was down so no free play no food credit no bingo coupon I had $200 in free play $60 in food $80 for bingo drove 2 hrs and they said it’s been down for 2 days and that there’s nothing they can do about it so I just lost all that and drove two hours for nothing I think that’s BS they should i’ve made some kind of announcement text message or on social media to let people know that their system was going to be down I would not have came out here to play really poor customer service just horrible place anywhere is better to play than here the BINGO is overpriced. Payouts are low and the same people when all the time.

The rooms were nice, clean and comfortable. Best in the area! The casino is not my favorite. The slots were too expensive vs. my common places I go to in vegas or mesquite nv, and I couldn't really enjoy myself past an hour of play, which was a bummer. I won't play there again. The lady in the coffee place in the morning was very friendly and awesome, gave great service.

This casino is generally a go to for me and the family, it is not a far drive. We have a good time.

It is not a huge casino, no where near a cache creek or thunder valley, but it does the job of a fun day trip.

I have yet to be able to stay in the river lodge so I can't make an honest review on that.

Marcos is amazing really fun and easy to talk to, it's almost like you have known him forever haha.

Jack's Place has some great food and great set up for watching sports games too.

Love this little gem it has just enough of everything. The staff friendly and they come an talk to you like family. They had smiles on their faces. It's nice and clean. The food is great we always get a their personal pizza to share and I love the fish and chips.

We've stayed, played, and dined here many times since discovering this Casino a few years ago. Very friendly staff. Love Marcos & Alex, they always have a smile and greet you.

Stay-Rooms have always been very clean and comfortable.

Dining-Jack's has great food. Can sometimes be pretty busy- but I think that's also a testimony to how good the food is. The cafe/quick bite area is convenient, but I also love that they added a Starbucks! Yay!

Play- we have played at many casinos, we like the feel of Colusa. Not too loud or hyped up. The machine play is good...not just a vacuum. The free play offers/return seems to be good as well. A decent bang for your buck.

Bingo- we just recently started Bingo there just to try it. Our second weekend we won a round. Little info for newbies:
If it says starts at 12:30, but you bought a "pack", it actually starts early bird games at 12!! Early birds and warm ups are a 1/2 hour before the posted start time. ?
