Can’t even begin to say enough good things about Mike and his customer service. He made our first trip to Yosemite such a memorable one. We rented premium condition specialized bikes, which allowed us to explore the whole entire valley in an afternoon. He is the true definition of a professional business owner and we will 100% be renting from him again when we go back. If you are looking to do some adventuring and exploration through the valley on an e-bike, Mike is the guy to rent through pedal forward!

If you’re looking for an off-the-beaten-path and unique hiking experience, then do yourself a favor and schedule a guided hike with Pedal Forward. We were visiting Yosemite for the first time and wanted to be sure not to miss a beautiful sunset while there. Mike called us the day before our scheduled hike to confirm, say hello, and give us details about our hike and contact info for our guide. This extra, personal step was much appreciated (and unexpected). Our guide, Leo, was very knowledgeable about the area and its native plants and trees and was such a joy to hike with. We did 6 miles and saw way more than we would’ve had we hiked on our own. A huge thank you to Pedal Forward, Mike, and our awesome guide, Leo! Thank you for sharing your sense of adventure with these two city folks who dream about spending more time in the natural world. This was a great start! ?

Hi there! To whoever is looking for a great mountain bike adventure, this is the best place to go in the area. You could rent a bike and adventure yourself or get a guided tour. This last one was the best option for me. Especially because i didn't know the terrain, Jorge was my mtb guide, and he takes care of his clients and gives tips and heads up of what's coming on the trail. He made it fun and took pictures and videos on the nicest spots where I wanted to stop. I'm sure most people would love to have memories of this experience, too.

Anyways, we did 007 trials, and the downhill part was awesome, I had so much fun. The uphill is just fireroad, not steep at all. You can have options of how far you want to push yourself. There is always an option, and he made it clear, too.

I drove up the hill from Fresno, and it was so fricken rad. pedal forward is the only bike shop to me locally, that works on my Rad rover 5 E-bike. Jorge&Mike are on point. I was all over the place in there beautiful show room . beautiful tuneup on my bike. I got extra protection by a 15 mm inner core for my rear tire. New inner-tube upfront. I will always , take the drive for any bike I have!!!!! Oh heck they rent the fun as well, such a wonderful experience. Best regards, Niles

Great experience!!! Mike accommodated our group of five, with very short notice going into the Labor Day weekend, and a fair price for such a nice adventure. We were treated like family as he led us to a truly spectacular and isolated spot, with elegant pools and cascading waterfalls. He even stepped in as professional photographer and took some of our favorite vacation pics. Top notch experience across the board!

Where do I start? Mike provides old fashioned and amazing customer service! The bikes were great and he could not have been more accommodating! This is a must 1st stop before hitting Yosemite! Head to Pedal Forward in Oakhurst -rent bikes and drive right up the road to the park entrance. It is the only way to explore once there! He is a wealth of info! Thanks Mike for all your help!

This place has some of the best customer service of all time. We brought a beater bike in right at closing time and they fixed it up for us on the spot and were helpful, accommodating, and friendly the whole time. Can’t recommend this place highly enough for service and they also have a great selection of quality bike gear for all types of bikes and riders.
