I’d like to start off first by saying thank you to Vanessa and her wonderful team for all their help to ensure our wedding day was the most magical day of our lives.

As a super “type A” perfectionist bride, planning a destination wedding in California from Florida, I knew that if I wanted to relax and actually enjoy my wedding day, I needed to find a coordinator that I could trust 100%. My then fiancé (now hubby) and I agreed that this would be one of the most important vendors to hire. Our venue had lots of rules and came with literally nothing but its beauty. With the insane amount of rentals we needed and its complicated execution, a true professional was a must!

I started my search and spoke to a handful of coordinators on the phone. After hanging up with them, my fiancé would ask, “how did it go?” I would tell him time after time, “it went fine, they seem nice” but I still felt like I wanted to speak to a few more before I decide. Then came my call with Vanessa from Vanessa Michelle Co. From the moment I got on the call with her, I felt like I was talking to my best friend. She understood me and my vision instantly and her energy gave me the comfort I was looking for. I felt like I was speaking to a true experienced professional and I could trust this person with the biggest day of my life. I hung up the phone and ran out of my office to my fiancé. I said to him, “she’s the one.” Call it intuition or a gut feeling, but I didn’t have any reservations. We booked her right away.

Every meeting and every phone call with Vanessa provided me with what I would call “bride relief,” you know that feeling that you have someone who cares about your wedding just as much as you and your fiancé and she’s going to make sure everything is perfect. She took over and ensured that we had every rental that we needed and planned out the perfect timeline. She talked me through all my wedding stress and worries. Our rehearsal was well conducted and our family and bridal party all loved her.

Then came our wedding day! Vanessa and her team truly hit this one out of the park! I woke up from zero sleep, feeling a tad nervous, but once Vanessa’s assistant showed up to our getting ready room, all the nerves went away! She was there to help with anything we needed and went above and beyond for us. We finished hair and makeup 45 mins ahead of schedule and our venue was set and ready to go an hour ahead of schedule! We had some time to kill before ceremony (like I said, we were ahead of schedule) and they wanted to keep me out of the heat (no bridal suite at venue) so I sat with Vanessa in her car with the AC while we waited. We chatted and I felt soooo relaxed... yup! Anxious, type A, perfectionist me who can never relax, felt so calm and chill minutes before I walked down the aisle. Vanessa’s energy on our wedding day was heaven sent. She was relaxed, the “everything is under control” relaxed. Which in turn made me feel so relaxed. She spoke to her staff with love and respect and looked out for them, making sure they were all staying hydrated and were feeling okay while running around in the heat. She’s seriously the sweetest person ever. Her and her team were by our side all day and night making sure we had everything we needed. I sorta felt like a celebrity. Lol!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our beautiful wedding day from start to finish thanks to Vanessa Michelle Co. We are so appreciative of all their hard work! Highly recommend! xox
