My family and I got all inclusive package to cancun and it was a great trip. The hotel was amazing. We want to thank Marta so much for the great recommendations she gave us. She is honest, and very well knowledgeable about any place you will like to go for a vacation. I highly recommend Marta's travel.

I had a few trips planned that were canceled due to Covid-19 and am just now getting to the point that I can redeem the credits. She's unable to accommodate any dates that I'm available, but instead wants to charge more and more every time to the point that I'm having to pay several hundred over what I'm credited -- although online travel sites show nothing to back up the extra charges. She gets real touchy that I refuse to pay the extra $450 and goes to scream over the phone. Really unprofessional, I'm contemplating losing the money I had as I refuse to support her business at this point.
