This place stinks and they obviously don’t know how to do taxes nor do they know much about notory. The guy who was doing someone else’s taxes kept asking the customer dumb questions and even asked them if they had a copy of their old taxes to compare? I’ve never heard a business ask something like that. This company can’t even invest in a computer and was working off a lap top? I took in a DMV document for him to notarize and he had no clue what it was nor was he able to read and understand it I tried to explain it him but he wasn’t getting it and wanted me to fill out sections where I didn’t have to fill out.

I needed to get the document signed right of way and only had today to do it. I found this place on google and called them after work the guy mentioned there was someone doing their taxes but he should be able to help both of us at the same time... and mind you a notary service should only take about a minute. I get there and their place is so low budget which doesn’t matter because I went just to get notary service. I had to sit in these super old couches that had the whole place stinking like old mattresses the couches had such a horrible smell. After waiting 20 minutes the smell got worse and I felt like throwing up! The man who said he’d be able to multi task finally came up to me and told me document wasn’t completely filled out and made a big deal about it. I filled out what I felt needed to be filled out by me but since he didn’t understand the document he wanted me fill out places I didn’t have to... he then started working on somebody else’s taxes and I asked why wasn’t he helping me and he rudely said to wait until he’s finished this was after a whole hour of being there then he looks outside his window and says I should go across the street to a different business to have them help me this was after entire hour went by!!!! He could have suggested that from the beginning if he didn’t want to help me! I left went across the street and was in and out of there is less than 5 minutes!

And just an FYI he was only able to get the person he was helping do their taxes 80 dollars with the way his place looked and smelled and seeing that they can’t even invest in new couches or computer I wouldn’t trust them with anything!

Llevo mas de diez años como cliente fiel de este negocio, desde mis impuestos, viajes y asuntos que no puedo hacer yo solo, tengo la confianza de buscarlos para que me asistan y amablemente lo hacen. Los he seguido las veces que se han tenido que cambiar de dirección y lo seguiré haciendo porque el servicio que recibo me hace sentir en confianza porque los conozco desde mucho tiempo
