I was very pleased with Chris at Gold Country. My uncle passed away and I was not told until three days before his funeral. I was very stressed about how little time I had to get things done and worried about packing when I resolved to go. Chris took care of everything. I was very happy with what she put together for me. My hotel was not too far from the Airport (Hobby) which is not as crazy as G. Bush Airport (:() My car rental pick up was just around the corner from the hotel and so I did not have to worry that I had to rush to drop it off because my check in was done online and I took the shuttle to pick it up the morning after I arrived, which as Chris suggested, would save me one day in rental car fees since I arrived late the night before. I was very happy with how she tried to save me money and how well she considered the distances. I was very, very pleased with the whole trip and in spite of the funeral, it was a very pleasant time with family, some whom I hadn't even met. 🙂 Thank you Chris 🙂
