We recently took a 7-day land tour of Boston and Cape Code with Cruise Experts. This was our first experience with this company and our first group tour vacation. Our expectations were limited as we had heard horror stories as well as fabulous reviews of group travel. We were extremely surprised and thrilled with the experience and will be using Cruise Experts again. Our trip was well planned, well executed, and expertly run. We were only saddened that the days slipped away too quickly and we would have liked more time in Boston. However, since the trip was centered on Cape Code area, the one day in Boston was enough to give us an insight and feel for this beautiful city. Each day was planned but allowed for some flexibility when possible. The tour director ROCKED and our bus driver was awesome. Our only constructive input was that each morning we were up at 515-530am to begin the day....My old bones would have appreciated one day of late morning wake up call, but we had lots to see and do and so I understand completely. We were exhausted upon our return home, but very pleased with the trip, the planning, the execution and the friendly, knowledgeable and welcoming group of people. We will certainly be using Cruise Experts again.

Our trip through Switzerland was a once in a lifetime trip! The accommodations were really good and the behind the scenes orchestration very impressive. We would put out our luggage in the morning and wouldn’t see it again until we got to the next hotel! The coordination was very thorough. The excursions were very interesting and very informative. My recent Southern Charms tour was a great experience. I had never been to that part of the country and was very happy with the entire trip. Cruise Experts did an excellent job in planning this trip. An added bonus was that at the end of this trip we were scheduled to board the American Queen for a trip from Memphis to New Orleans. Cruise Experts also handled all the details of this for us. In all, the entire trip was great. Really enjoyed having Jen Brisco with us.

Cruise Experts should placed this tour on their agenda for the future. We enjoyed the company of our group, especially Jen & Ron Briscoe. They were always helpful and professional.

We cannot say enough about the hotel accommodations, they were excellent. Weather was perfect, California style.

The trip was awesome! We had a fantastic tour guide and bus driver that were exceptionally accommodating to everyone. The Globus tour guide provided us with great history of the area. It was also great having an escort from the Cruise Experts on our trip. The trip was great!

We have used Wes Roland and a number of his team members at Cruise Experts for all our land and water based travel for over 20 years. One of his team even planned our son's honeymoon. Immensely knowledgeable in planning a trip, Cruise Experts is also available when the the worst happens as well. We'll never forget the phone notification we received at 4am that our flight home from Sydney, Australia had been canceled. Rather than panic, we simply called Wes's office. By the time we disembarked our ship, we had a harbor view room at the Ritz Carlton, comparable seats on a flight home the following day and a car service booked to drive us home. Wes even helped with the airline and insurance for our extra cost making the entire process pretty painless for us. As we strolled into our hotel after a couple of hours walking around, we saw some cruise passengers waiting in line at check-in hoping to obtain a room. As they spent the rest of their day trying to find another way home, we toured and shopped in Sydney. We would never entrust our travel to anyone but Wes and his team!

Great experiences, accommodations and guides were provided on both trips and loads of valuable reading materials were suggested or provided. When the typhon hit Japan while we were there Wes, with the help of his knowledgeable team, took care of all the details to get us home.
