Started with the smooth, friendly check-in, very nice room, very clean. Bed was extra comfortable, nice pillows and linen. The shower had the best pressure of any hotel in my 3 1/2 week trip. Nice little laundry facility, very convenient. Didn’t use the pool or spa, but they looked lovely, lived in town years ago I’m familiar with the hotels. I can say if I visit again I will definitely return to this hotel.

Very pleasantly surprised. The entire property was remodeled mid-century modern. It was well landscaped and clean all around. The oasis area is amazing. The breakfast was really good with a ton of options. The rooms were comfortable and really clean. It appears that the property was recently renovated and well taken care of. The staff was nice. 100% recommend. About 1 hour from the good Redwoods hikes. Tons of really good restaurants in Eureka also.

Where to start…? I don’t ever, and I mean EVER look to Best Western properties for business or leisure travel accommodations but having just done 4 nights at this property has completely changed my perspective on this brand!! Absolutely outstanding!!! From the very first interaction with the staff, to the comfort of the room and the overall atmosphere of this property, it felt more like a resort! Our room backed a very busy road but I didn’t even realize that until the day we left. We were able to sleep in every day and never knew there cars and trucks flying by behind us so kudos on however the soundproofing was pulled off here. We had several interactions with various staff and every single one of them were phenomenal. We had an interesting and unique situation where our first 2 nights were paid for by us and the next 2 by my wife’s company internal booking. The front office staff were 100% accommodating and worked it out for us so that we could stay in our original room so we didn’t have to pack up and switch rooms. This was so impactful to us because we got to spend that time exploring the redwoods almost all the way up to Oregon instead.

Best hot tub pool ever!!! It was the coolest thing, warm waterfalls?. I know it’s silly but I absolutely loved it. We stayed in a renovated room. Staff were friendly. Centrally located in town. They made great recommendations and had small town charm. Exceeded my expectations I’m still thinking about the hot tub/spa and when I get to go back!

Hubby and I stayed here for a couple days on our anniversary trip. The staff was extremely friendly and the room was clean and in a good location. The Oasis was amazing! Relaxing and beautiful! The limo was also a great addition. We used it both nights to get to our restaurants! Will definitely be back!

Exceeds expectations at this price point-- recently refurbished rooms are quality remodels and very clean; hot tub area and gym are nice; and has full time help at the desk. Road noise is fine despite proximity. Breakfast includes fresh eggs, fruit, and waffle machine. Carpet cleaner smell in the room was a little intense, but no other complaints. Quick walk to the historic eureka downtown for quaint shopping and bars.

This hotel is very nice.

They offer a variety of amenities from free breakfasts, a beautiful hot tub, a pool, a billiard table, a workout facility, and a limousine service that will take you out on the town.

The rooms are spacious and clean. They have a fridge, a microwave, and plenty of seating in the room.

I definitely recommend this hotel. Especially since it is located in a central area from all the local spots to visit.

Also recommended is Kristina's restaurant. Good food, the cook was on point, and the staff is friendly.

Staff was super nice and extremely helpful. The lounge area was really peaceful and had many places for you to relax rooms were extremely clean. Every time we came back our bed was made and you could tell they actually cleaned our room. The location was a little sketchy just because it was so close to old town and there were A lot of homeless people in our area, but The staff in the facility makes you feel extremely safe. Overall, a very nice place to stay would highly recommend!
