Whenever I call no one answerers the phone.. and the few times they do. I get told I'll get a call in 24hrs,72hrs,48hrs. No one calls me back. And the three times they have I was told I would receive my EBT in 48 hrs. It been five months I'm approved I've even received letters stating that I received partial payments but for 5 months I have received zero payments I haven't received anything and I keep getting told that I'll receive something in 24 hours but I don't and then when they finally do call me back after weeks and days of calling they tell me that it's too close to the end of the month and I have to wait for the next month and then when next month rolls by it's still $0 and yet my account still says I'm approved to receive benefits but I haven't received anything and like I said 5 months of getting played with of the emotional toil and freaking out how am i gonna buy food pay rent bills and and basic needs. Someone needs to investigate what going on here. I also just found out right now, the times they told me they were going to email the supervisor they never did or sent a request to find out what going on with my EBT.

I stated I was in CIA custody and was rudely brushed off. What gives? I am waiting to see if she does her job and reports it. I don't believe in CIA court of law. There's one judicial system. Will she report it?

The workers are very rude they never answer whenever we have a question to ask and whenever they do answer my calls they talk to me all rude. They should be more nice people working there.

Report a theft and have not got no call and i call the never give the supervisor who is the only who can fix it ...i still wait and call no one answers ...i tired of dealing with all the time.no one helps me...i going to get evicted and department of human services Delano California office doesn't answer any of my calls they supposedly will send a email when this a urgent matter...

The workers are soo rude! You go for help and they act like your supposed to know everything. I always try contacting mi worker but they never answer!! So unprofessional i hate this county its soo hard to receive benefits they make it so hard like they dont want you to receive nothing. They also take dayss in contacting you back and everytime i call the place they never answer!!!!
