H2O excursions is must do!

Booking: Booking each activity was really easy; the website is easy to navigate and really simple. I am a person who likes to ask clarifying questions and the Captain was extremely patient with me.

Arrival: Upon our arrival, our excursions were ready for us to depart. I am a timely woman so I loved that we were ALWAYS able to start and end our excursions on time.

Hydrobikes (6.18.21): We did not know what to expect. We booked 10 bikes (single and tandems). I probably should have booked 1 hour as Captain Kevin but I booked 2 hours. I should have listened! We all had an amazing time doing something we’ve never done before.

Pontoon w/ tube (7.2.21): The Pontoon was perfect for my family. We were nervous about driving the Pontoon ourselves since none of us have ever driven a boat but Captain Kevin directions were very simple. It was 4th of July weekend so it was busy. However, everything he told us about (stay away from the roadways, stay in the middle, go into the wave, etc.) was all applicable for our excursion. Our kids had an amazing time on the tube. The premium pontoon was spacious and perfect for our family of 10 (3 adults & 7 kids). Our kids would love to do this again. When we do, we have to get a larger tube because our kids never wanted to get out of the water.

Captained Charter (7.8.21): My girlfriends and I had an amazing time relaxing on the Cruiser Yacht. It was just what we needed! The back side of Discovery Bay was beautiful. It rides so smooth and the sound system is nice. Seating was extremely comfortable for 4 adults although there is enough room for at 2 more. We had free range to move about as we desired. The Bow Area was large enough for each of us to sit comfortably; tranquil! The Captain was nice, friendly, and professional. The 4 hours went by extremely fast; too fast. We plan on booking again soon for either a double date or another ladies day out; maybe both.

Booking the hydrobikes online was very easy. Once you select tour date and time, you have 8 minutes to pay and secure your reservation; be sure to have your payment info nearby!
Reservation reminders and the liability waivers were sent out in a timely manner. I appreciated being able to sign the waiver digitally and email it to other members of your party.
The staff were extremely helpful in sizing me up for a life jacket. Although I didn't see it mentioned on the website, there are lockers to hold your purse and other items you don't want to take on the water with you, free of charge. Staff explained how the hydrobikes worked, which areas we should head towards and what to avoid. They were open to answering any questions we had and were helpful in assisting me get on and off the bike.
Overall, a super enjoyable experience! I'm sure I'll be back in the future.

I was very pleased with booking online and signing wavers online as well. When we arrived very friendly team was assisting us with getting our safety vests on and our kayaks were ready for us. Since we were experienced kayakers it took us a moment and we were on the river. We were advised which route to take to not be bothered by boats, and we went for couple hours enjoying the nature. It felt like we were not in Stockton . Peace and quiet, beautiful birds flying over our heads or hunting really close. We have seen seal , egrets, cranes and bunch of little birds.
We will be back soon. And definitely advertise it to all friends as a fun way to spend relaxing time while enjoying the views and burning some calories too .

Discovered one of my childhood friends just bought a house along the 14 Mile Slough of The Delta, so a couple of us met up, rented a kayak and a paddleboard embarking on the gentle, quiet waters!! Encountered Egrets, Cranes and beautiful scenery!! I am not used to the heat, so I recommend going early am or later afternoon if its still above 85 degrees out!! The staff were incredible, helpful and most kind!! Kudos to those working at the rentals!!

Rented two jet skis on Memorial Day weekend. When we arrived, we checked in with Ashlynn in the front office. She was very helpful with getting our waivers and insurance taken care of. She even threw in a pair of free sunglasses for a little delay. Down at the dock, Shaun, and a few other employees ( forgot their names) helped us get familiar with the jet skis. Then we were off! For 3 hours we got to cruise around the delta/san joaquin River. Great prices. Awesome customer service. We will be back again! Thank you Shaun and Ashlynn! 🙂
