I stayed for one Friday night on August 2020. There were so many homeless people at the hotel, it was scary. There were used needles in the parking lot, shopping carts and shady looking people hanging around. I believe that the hotel made a deal with the city to take in homeless. If I would have known, I would have not stayed. Definitely would not recommend. There was a hole on the wall like someone had punched it, light in the bathroom was not working, and I saw a cockroach in the bathroom.

One positive note, the young lady at the front desk was nice.

The hotel check in staff was amazingly friendly and helpful, she gets a solid 5 stars from me! The room, however, is not what I expected. The bathroom ceiling is unfinished, the tub is dirty and clogged, the stove in the kitchenette is dirty, and the manager was not dressed professionally and stopped my daughters in the lobby. My daughters were reluctant to talk to a stranger as he was asking what room they were in, after heckling them for a bit he mentioned he was the manager. He was dressed in a matching track suit of sorts. I'm definitely sad that were booked the weekend here but it is what it is and we will make it work. I'm SO glad we brought our own bedding as the sheets were dirty and had weird blue, circular, stains on them. The wifi did not work, on any news from their networks. TL ;DR I do not recommend this establishment of business.

It can go either way. When you're there you can tell it used to be awesome at one time. The rooms aren't great, but the pool is awesome. I understand operating costs, but a coat of paint in and out, get the water features working again, and keep it clean and the potential is limitless.

Everything was perfect during our trip.The place, the service, the BEST manager Ella. What makes this hotel truly special are the people who run it every day. We have stayed two time taking a very special group of people.We love swimming and this was a new experience for them swimming in a mineral springs water. Our only concern is that some building elements and furnishings are reaching the end of their life and need to be renewed to keep up the standard.Also very good value for the money. I highly recommend it.

While the rates are reasonable, pool is clean & nice, night staff are friendly and knowledgeable, the building interesting with history, the rooms were not clean, in need of repairs (photo inside the shower), and very young daytime female receptionist was extremely rude, locking us out of our room before we checked out. Other times we’ve stayed here without any issues.

We arrived in feb 2019, the room we originally got was dirty, the sheets were messed up and there was garbage and towels in the bathroom. Clearly, the room had not even been cleaned yet, so we informed staff and we were moved to a new room. This room was better, but overall this hotels is extremely outdated and run down. We would walk through and old bar to get to our room that was masked with dust. I provided a $100 deposit and when I asked for a receipt, they conveniently didn't have a printer working. I was told I would get the deposit reimbursed on my card 7-10 days later. When I checked 2 months later, there was no return of the deposit. When I called, I was told it was my bank's problem and they could only refund if I provided a receipt. Now I paid over $260 for this dump. Glad we only had one night booked!

The staff (Including the manager/owner) were unprofessional, rude, and lacked poise and manners. The hotel room itself was dusty and dirty. It was not vacuumed nor was the microwave or bathroom cleaned. The microwave had food stuck on everything on the inside. The toilet was dirty on the inside and the toilet paper was not changed. The towels looked dirty. The amenities that were given had already been opened before we were able to use them. There was overwhelming stench of cigarette smoke inside the room. And outside there were cigarette butts thrown everywhere. I would never go there again. They had no night staff except a security guard that didn’t know what to do or any information about their hotel. When I explained all of this to the actual manager/owner he dismissed me with no apology whatsoever.

Unexpected little gem! I was expecting to stay here just to get a little BBQ and maybe try their pools but what I found was a quaint place with friendly service. To start I got this room for a great deal (for what was included), and checked into my room on time with no hitches. The real star of this hotel was the free BBQ pits and the mineral water used. My friends and I really felt pampered even though we got a great price!
