We had a great time at San Diego Dune Tours! Me and a group of friends participated in the Abandoned Train Tour, and it was worth every minute! Chris was a great guide that kept everyone laughing. I would just recommend keeping a close eye on the weather, because a heat wave in the desert is no joke (it hit about 115 degrees while riding). But overall, I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a fun activity in the San Diego area!!

Chris is the coolest guy ever. Very friendly and professional, took us on a 4 hour dune tour and it was blast! He even brought us by a beautiful lake to cool off and made us some delicious tacos! 10/10 and I’ll definitely be a repeat customer!

We had the best time on our tour with Chris! He was so personable and brought us to all the great spots! The Painted Gorge was beautiful and the sand dunes exceeded our expectations! We even got to see a tarantula happily crossing the desert! 10 out of 10 recommend!

We booked in advance, and showed up on a Wednesday evening for the 2-hour abandoned train tour! It was just enough time to get us feeling like we had an adventure, but without being too tired at the end of the day. We were stoked when it turned out to be just us two, plus Chris and Sergio our guides. It was a bit confusing at first because there was no sign for "Dune Tours", but we just trusted that we had the right address which was provided to us and it worked out! Chris and Sergio were both fabulous, my boyfriend and I had such a great time. Sergio took the best photos of us, and we had some good laughs and a killer sunset.

Chris was awesome, very welcoming. My boyfriend and I drive trucks and pulled over for a break but ended up enjoying some ATV riding. Chris allowed us to ride without a booking. He’s a great tour guide and we will definitely be back.

One of the best tours I have ever received. Did the dune tour for my 30th birthday. Chris our guide was always in good humor, knowledgeable, and accommodating to our skill level. He even threw in a surprise for the birthday celebration.

Awesome tour! Our small group planned to have a good trip but was surprising was that we saw a lot more than anticipated. Definitely worth the experience and ask for the surprise in the middle of the tour, you won't be let down.
