If I can give a zero star I would. Paseo Travel was the worst in booking our pilgrimage. We booked a trip with them for a pilgrimage that our church was doing not having any idea what kind of service they were going to provide. Yasmine was very disorganized, we wasted so much time during our trip. Our itinerary was changed many times and left us without knowing exactly what events we were going to be doing. She really has no business doing these kinds of trips. I felt extremely bad for our priest that came with us on this trip, he was not respected at all and it was so sad to see how frustrated he was Day after day. I don’t know how Paseo travel books the tour guides but they were horrible, they didn’t have any regard to the reason of our pilgrimage. We were late to the angelus with the pope because they thought it was a good idea to do a side tour that no body asked for. We were late to the church for one of daily masses that we ended up missing the opportunity to have a private mass. I can go on and on, do not make the same mistake by booking with Paseo travel. There are plenty of other agencies that will be more organized and give a better experience. Do not waste your time or money with this agency.

We embarked on a pilgrimage tour to Rome and Israel, marking our third guided trip to Europe but our first experience with Paseo Travel. Yasmin, the coordinator, accompanied our group to provide leadership and direction. However, our experience with Paseo Travel turned out to be incredibly challenging, marked by disorganization, poor communication, and slow response times.

Our misgivings began in Rome when our bus failed to pick us up for a dinner show, leaving us waiting for an hour with no call or show, highlighting a severe lack of logistical coordination. The issues escalated during our time in Israel when Hamas attacked. Paseo Travel's delayed response added to the distress, with the cancellation of our flights from Tel Aviv twice and the subsequent failure to promptly book alternative flights from Jordan compounding the difficulties. It is disappointing that Paseo Travel did not take more proactive measures, especially when other agencies like 206 Tours demonstrated swift action in evacuating their groups within two days of the attack. Some group members opted to pay out of pocket to evacuate sooner, growing frustrated with Paseo Travel's delayed decision-making.

Our experience underscores the importance of choosing proficient agencies that thoroughly vet third-party affiliates and prioritize the safety and well-being of their clients. It is regrettable that Yasmin's inexperience and Paseo Travel's lack of leadership resulted in such a disheartening pilgrimage experience.

I recommend, when considering a pilgrimage, research agencies with a proven track record of reliability and responsiveness to ensure a more positive and secure journey.
