I gave 5 stars to Lyll, the branch manager for excellent service. She responded promptly to my emails even outside office hours. Also, she's very efficient and polite. I didn't feel like I was being rushed to make a decision. She took her time with me and was very patient. Thank you Lyll!

I would chose ZERO star if able. Recent flights were made through Mango Tours. My relatives trip was interrupted and missed their flight. No assistance were offered beside charging addt'l fees to rebook (which is $200 more than what PAL is charging if we'd made the return flight reservation directly to PAL). Darlene is no where to be accessible after she made her commission. Worst customer service ever.

Had to call an agent to help me book flight going to Manila. For some reason the website is showing only half the page in my computer. The agent who helped me was very helpful and accommodating. She found the best airline for my specific dates and time. Happy to have made the choice to book with them.

I was advised by the call center rep to speak to the local agent directly however when I called the Sacramento office. I waited for more 30 minutes and just decided to hang up. I do not understand why they bother to put a local number if the customers could not even reach them!!!!. This office location sucks!!!
