The lady named Shana...too much rude,too much aggressive;I didn't want to leave a review of them but she left me no other way...I was at the airport and noticed my flight was canceled without notifying me...I called her and instead of help she was yelling at me...then she said ''it's not my problem you could buy the ticket from internet'' and then hung up the phone on me...I called her again while I was stressing too much and she answered the phone but immediately started to talk to her friend about personal stuffs that maybe she was around her...the moment I started to explain the situation she hung up the phone again and then texted me''I sold you a bus ticket not an airplane with the pilot'?' I couldn't believe it how she could be with her customer...if you like your money your time and value yourself I don't recommend this agency not at all

I booked a flight to Iran with Shana but I had to cancel my trip due to protests in Iran. I called the airline and they said they are issuing waivers for tickets to Tehran because of what’s happening but when I discussed that with Shana, she said the airline company is lying.
She is requesting 150 dollars deposited in her own account before she can start the request to cancel my ticket. She doesn’t accept my credit card as a form of payment, she only accepts zelle or Venmo to her own account. When I asked why it needs to go to her own account she said they have a trust account with the airline company and the district attorney.
This does not make sense at all. She also left a very disrespectful voice message as to why I’m questioning the process.
She is always rude and makes a lot mistakes when processing any requests.

They are not customer-oriented and they do not seem to care about their customers. I would not recommend Artemis travel to anyone.

I just want to say thank you to Shana who helped us in a very emergency situation. My wife and I had some problems to take our flight from Iran to Rome for our honeymoon, and our other flight to the US was also canceled because of the airline policy. So I called her from Iran and it was midnight in the US. She didn’t sleep all night just to solve our problem. I do understand that the type of this business is like this, but I do also know that no one’s gonna handle your problem at 1am just because you have some problems with your airline. So eventually we were able to take our flight back the same day that I called her with a better airline. I appreciate your help Shana!

Shana was helpful to get us multiple tickets for our overseas trip. I had called other travel agency companies, but once I saw the price difference and the great service I made sure to book my tickets with her and associates. She’s extremely polite and seems that she is a natural in her profession. We loved our experience and she has a customer for life with us.
