This place is such a scam and they get away with it!! $100 deposit for a 500 school trip. Oh you can't afford it now, well they just made $100 off you and your student for nothing. This is not a family friendly establishment or they would understand that the whole country is struggling financially and show a little grace to families. I'm ashamed that San Juan Unified School District works with such a terrible scamming business out for themselves, not the students and families.

Paid over 2000 dollars for my daughter's trip with USA Student Travel and paid additional 100 dollars in case of cancellation. Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel(3months before scheduled trip). It's been 5 months and I am still waiting for a refund. Word to the wise make sure you get your travel arrangements and your insurance policy in writing so ALL parties involve knows exactly what is covered and what's not.

My son went to grad night which cost 279 dollars his charter bus broke down on the side of the grapevine they were stuck for over 5 hours while there was no replacement bus sent finally a mechanic showed up it took them 11 hours to get to Disney land SMH Mind you these kids had no food for 11 hours. I am hoping this company issues refunds to the 45 student they cheated out of once in a life time memories.. while the other buses and students made it to Disney land at 240 pm these 45 didn't make it until 7 PM. I am disappointed and disgusted with the whole ordeal !

$300 cancellation fee, just in case, or you get no money back. Talk about corporate greed. What a ripoff.
