For me? I’m simple. I’m calm cool and respectful. I don’t demand anything. The service was straight and too the point. Some staff members had higher energy than other but that’s fine. The rest were well into their work it seemed. I frequently visit on personal business. And I will continue to visit frequently.

We were very pleased with the hospitality, new manager is on top of his game. Steve works his heart out to make sure his guest are well taken care of. And we truly appreciate everything you're working towards on making the golf course and hotel right for the guests.

Rooms were very clean, we had a/c on when arrived to room very cool. People weren't too roudy or noisey. We felt the area was very peaceful and quiet for a great morning walk to watch the sunrise beautiful area!!

Nothing really stood out in a negative way, we were very pleased by the whole visit here. Especially with the care by the manager Steve he's gonna make sure you're well taken care of.

The service from the front desk and the restaurant/bar personnel were great, the problem for me was the condition of the room and the reception area. It appeared that they are overdue for renovations and/or repairs. My room had several smudges from what appeared to be dead bugs which i had to deal with several mosquitoes and gnats in my room. I discovered that this was due to the sweep missing from the front door causing a gap and entry for pests. The walls in the bathrooms had several cracks and damaged spots. The faucet handle and spout were loose in the shower/tub but the backsplash was pretty. The nonslip mat provided had a hole in it. The bed sheets had what appeared to be a burn spot and another stain on it. The smoke alarm was missing from its placeholder. No phone in the room. Very dusty light fixtures. This was just the bedroom. The front desk area seemed like it was in the process of construction and was not tidy near the printer area. If anything, I believe the hotel company needs to provide funds for maintenance or renovation for this location. As previously stated, service from personnel was great but the condition of the hotel was not on par to the name "Ramada Resort".

Love this spot. Great hiden spot in the middle of imperial valley. Great, friendly and professional staff. Rooms are awesome. Love the view. Much better than all the hotels in el Centro. A little further away but totally worth it!

Dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. The first time I stayed here I figured it might’ve been an accident so I gave them another chance and was just as dirty as the first time. Your feet turn black after a few seconds of being barefoot in the hotel. Pay the extra money and book a nicer hotel.

This was the best stay I have had at a hotel. The room was awesome and the front desk guy was so nice. I didn't eat all day so he made me some dinner.

Location is huge. Dont let outside fool you. Inside is pretty clean ur AC blows cold. Perfect in this weather. Staff/maintnance dude very friendly. Thank u steve
