My husband and I hired Jenna for month of wedding coordination and couldn’t be happier with our decision. The one thing I’m recommending to bride friends is to hire a coordinator because we can’t imagine how the day would’ve gone without her, and it was our best spent money throughout the wedding planning. We had a backyard wedding of 80 in our very small neighborhood, which presented its own set of unique challenges (ie vendor setup, parking, restrooms, etc.), and Jenna made the whole process go seamlessly. She was always available to me leading up to the wedding for questions or concerns (and I had many LOL), was professional and diligent in completing tasks, kept us on schedule, and communicated with all of the vendors to make sure the day went to plan. We can’t thank you enough, Jenna!!

tldr: Not worth the money.

We hired Jenna for her month of coordination services to help us with our wedding at our family home. Following the wedding we were quite disappointed in her work and felt that she failed to fulfill major portions of our contract. When we requested a refund for the services she did not perform she did not return our call and instead replied to our email letting us know that “This tends to happen when you host a wedding at your own private residence and take on multiple tasks vendors are usually hired to do, especially when you are out of state planning.” It wasn’t the work “vendors are hired to do” that was the problem. It was the job he hired HER to do that wasn’t fulfilled. We hired her for her expertise to help us plan ahead for and navigate these challenges. In our meetings leading up to the wedding, she brought up no concerns with us and at our walkthrough, she again had no advice for us. Our wedding was still beautiful and we loved it, however my partner, our family, and I had to make up for all of the work that she failed to do - work which was written in our contract with her - which added a significant amount of stress to the day the day after.
