Muy Mala atencion al cliente que tiene esta señora, no se las recomiendo las verdad, a mi me Paso una Mala experiencia, al regresar para california, perdi mi vuelo por culpa de esta señora tan prepotente y grosera, que nunca me aviso que mi vuelo se Adelanto, y todavia cuando le hable a esta señora para reclamarle de por que no me aviso, que hubo cambio en mi vuelo de regreso me respondio que no es su obligacion, y claro que es su obligacion por que por eso Estamos pagandole por su servicio mas no, no los esta regalando, Asi que todavia tube que pagar mis boletos de regreso y me salieron muy caros eramos tres personas y las verdad no es justo porque esta senora si es su deber de avisarnos por cualquier cambio que Hagan las aerolinea, no vacancy con Ella porque less va a pasar lo mismo que a mi, pesimo servicio
