They have a good variety of Briggs&Riley bags to look at and the owner is very helpful by picking the right one. He also helped me with a repair request which was really great as I’m from Germany and needed something fixed at my first bag.

Was in search for a new carry on and was able to find one of the few stores that carry Briggs and Riley. I purchased a baseline bag from them which I've been eyeing for a while and they had the size and color I was looking for. They also helped steer me away from the wrong bag so that I made the right decision by showing the strength and weaknesses of each bag. They even engraved my bag for me which there was many options to choose from.

They have amazing specials and make you feel at home when shopping for a bag. I would definitely recommend Rooten's anytime.

We were looking for 2 very specific pieces of Eagle Creek luggage and reached out to Rooten’s. Steve was so nice and helpful. He set them aside for us until we were able to drive there. He also honored the price listed on their website even though they were selling for higher on other sites! They have a good selection of high quality, top brands at very reasonable prices!

I purchased a Briggs and Riley suitcase from here and it included free monogramming and $100. The salesperson said I could come in the next day to get it done, so I did on the way to airport. Apparently only the owner does the monogramming and wasn’t coming in that day. Well, 4 trips later and I finally got it done, though there was a scratch on the it now. I was going to buy more travel gear from this store, but would rather just order it directly from Briggs and Riley since it’s the same price with free shipping and I would have everything done when I receive it. Hassle free.

I called to check on the inventory of a bag and Steve apologized that it doesn't exist anymore but he has just been swamped with running his business and haven't be able to update his website. He offered the same bag but different color and gave me a great deal on it. I told him I'll come by the next day. When I arrived the next day the bag was already sitting behind the checkout counter ready to go!

I'm so stoked - got my dream bag at an amazing price. I had no idea this store exist and they have a great variety of luggage and other travel accessories like packing cubes. I've already recommended this place to friends.

Terrible customer service. Don't bring your Briggs and Riley here for warranty service, the owner will not comply with his agreement to that company. Instead, he'll try to sell you another Briggs and Riley, no matter how small your issue may be (I had one problematic wheel). After reading all the reviews here I thought I would bring in my B&R for a wheel exchange and shop for a new family size luggage but quickly changed my mind after his poor attempt to oversell. Typical Newport Beach rich kid who inherited and benefited from his parents' hard work. This place has changed and does not prioritize your interests any longer. It's also overpriced.
