Housekeeping...Amazing! The quality of the room needs some TLC. I checked in using my digital key cause it was convenient for me since I have kids. It would have been nice if Hilton members would get noticed for being a member. I have requested as I am a Gold member to have 2 waters and 2 cokes as my reward. Didn't receive any of it especially my tickets to the social. I had to ask for it through chat and they told me to come down and get. So, I came down and they didn't know what I came down for and still didn't receive anything except the complimentary drinks. I guess talking to each other was more important? Front desk on Wednesday night didn't see like they care to do their job. That was a disappointment. Also, being a team member at a different Hilton property, I had to pay full price for the pantry items. Breakfast was good but I think there should be a little more options, like waffles. I give 5 stars to the housekeeping team!

This Embassy Suites is a good hotel for families and large groups. There were several large groups staying when we were there, and the atrium area around the bar was a little noisy during the early evening. However, all was quiet at night. The location is convenient for exploring Marin and nearby wine country. The rooms felt modern and fresh, especially the bathrooms. We thought the beds were a little too firm and the rooms ran warm. We had to lower the thermostat to 65 degrees in order to be comfortable. I also thought it was odd that there were no free water bottles in the room, and that we had to go down to the lobby to request drinking water. The breakfast buffet was solid, if not spectacular, and is frankly much better than breakfasts at other chain hotels.

We spent the day in San Francisco and drove up here afterwards. Easy Hotel to get to and it is surrounded by plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. Check-In was simple and parking was free and safe. The hotel is really well kept, clean and busy with people but still quiet. We got a king size room and We had an entire living area and a separate bedroom with a TV so it was like a little studio. Really great price and the room was extremely clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay again! We ordered room service from the restaurant downstairs, food was great.

Absolutely impeccable customer service. Traveling for work, and I forgot my charger. Leo at the front seat went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of care of me and hand-delivered a charger for me to use to my room on the 5th floor. Fantastic service! The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is knowledgeable about the area and can point you in the right direction. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you for a wonderful stay, the staff makes this place even better.

The Embassy Suites by Hilton Sheraton is a very nice hotel to stay at. The rooms are very big and spacious. You have a front room like a living room with a couch, TV, table, mini fridge and coffee pot. The bed is very comfy as well. There is a nice serviceable gym and pool. The complimentary breakfast is amazing. Omelets to order, pastries, various breads, oatmeal, bacon and sausage. There's also a happy hour at the bar.

This hotel cuts corners anywhere they can , they took out the hot tub , their is only 1 laundry machine (hot tub and multiple laundry machines were advertised).
They don’t even use real half and half for the coffee and the coffee is re-brewed in the same grounds instead of adding fresh coffee grounds.

The ONLY good thing about this hotel is the made to order breakfast eggs/omelets.

The hotel looks nice on the outside , but they simply just use the cheapest quality items / ingredients.

Hotel is nice and secluded. My stay was okay however, it has been several days on end with the max days approaching and yet to receive the remaining deposit. This is disappointing due to the fact my stay went okay. I will not recommend this property for this one factor. With past stays, my financial institution has never gone this long, let alone the facility I stayed without the proper refunds.

We stayed at this hotel from 3-5 Sept 2024. I grew up in Terra Linda years ago and wanted to visit my older houses in Terra Linda as well as San Anselmo. It was very convenient to every where I needed to visit. The hotel was clean, friendly staff and we loved the breakfast buffet and the happy hour. It was right off highway 101, very easy to access. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit!
