Awesome beach for the day or just to stop by for a bit like we did on Labor Day. Nice sand to walk on. Luckily we found 2 parking spots w 2 cars around 11am but it's pretty busy. There's 2 restrooms available (smelly but had soap and toilet tissue).

Wonderful beach with a free parking lot ...there is disability parking...the beach is beautiful...there is a picnic table. The beach is a great beach...with marvelous views of the ocean and dunes .I really recommend it..this beach is not as well known as Carmel or Monterey but it is less crowded too.

Nice clean beach, but typically has plenty of parking. It can be a little cold during the foggy season, but otherwise it's excellent.

A state beach just off reservation road. Walking distance from all the hotels.
We went mid afternoon and it was fairly quiet. There is a restaurant close by and just off the parking lot is a bathroom and changing room
There is a sign posted that the waves are irractic sometimes their just little things but then they can get really rough
We had alot of fun chasing waves and looking at the scenery the dunes

Beautiful spot, just north of Monterey, to catch the sunset. On other visits to this beach, I've seen dolphins playing in the surf. On this visit, we could see whale spots on the horizon. Love this spot.

Not so clean all the rimes but if you are here to just sit on beach and enjoy watching whales then this might be the best choice. When ever i visit here almost every time i saw whales, there is this one or two times i saw a whale came as close as to the shore and roaming around with the birds that was soo cool and if you wanna dive into water i prefer carmel by the sea

Great spot to watch sunsets but you have to get there early to get a premium spot. Stay OFF the dunes please. There are safe paths to walk through.

We had a fabulous time, my boys had a blast. Nice beach and we got lucky with parking too.
