We had my daughter's quinceañera here on Friday, November 29th. From from I am reading. Most people leaving the bad reviews are people that unfortunately got scammed by a 3rd party. I cannot speak for those contracts, but we dealt directly with Yee and overall we were lucky everything worked out fine and we had a successful event.
Pros:
Beautiful flowers and decorations
Delicious food, including birria and mushroom chicken with Alfredo sauce
Beautiful and tasty cake
Fun photobooth
Professional bartender service

Cons:
They couldn't provide cushions for the event, even though they were part of the contract.
There was a lack of communication about needing plates for the cake, though they provided them after the cushion issue.

I recommend dealing directly with Yee to avoid potential issues with third-party vendors. Make sure to keep a checklist of all the details in the contract, as communication could be clearer at times.

Just had my daughters quince there this weekend sept 23rd everything was great! I worked side by side with yee to make my vision come to life. She tried her best to do everything how I wanted it. I’m super picky and Yee came through, I warned her from the start that I was crazy lol! She was ok with crazy. Everyone raved about the food. Her staff was also really nice. Her new cake swing is beautiful. Oh! the centerpieces were just gorgeous!

You guys please do not book here. Instead of enjoying a heart-warming event that we had paid in full , the night before the event at midnight I recieved a text message that ruined our event and shattered my daughters dreams.
My daughters sweet 16 was canceled
via text message just minutes past midnight before my daughter got her hair and makeup done... We planned this event in July they we met with the owner/management of the hall Yee and their event planner Farid Saleh. (instagram and tiktok @INFINITEMOMEMENTS01 )
he took our money told us we would have a great event. Saturday nov 16, 2024 was one of worst day for family. My daughter work up full of joy and happiness only to be told the terrible news. They did not provide an alternative or return our money of today 4 days after the tragedy. We were left with a disappointed 16 years old in her dress crying with no solution. I would strongly advise you do not pay in full, you call the city to make sure the hall is operational and with legit permits before even
thinking of booking anything here.

I attended an quincenera party on 7/21. Although the hall is spacious, the heat was unbearable. It only has cooling units on one side of the building. This made it stuffy and uncomfortable. Our dinner was brought out to my table almost an hour after everyone had been served. I requested a soda multiple times and I still never received it. The restroom was a sauna and very uncomfortable. It was suppose to be a memorable night for my niece. :(.

Wonderful spacious venue , definitely not prepared for a hot summer event. I specifically rented this venue in order to provide my daughter and guests a comfortable cool place to enjoy the celebration. It was very hot and unpleasant many of my guests left early due to temperature in the venue.
Very poor service, dinner plates were collected towards the end of the event.Plates were piled on tables during the party. Servers were not very tentative I had the need to ask several times for ice and drinks to be served. It's very difficult to enjoy a memorable celebration when guests are not comfortable and not taken care of. More staff, and central AC unit would of made our day much better.

For the event 7/21/24, in our defense, I was one of the servers that evening and Yee the owner, had told the mother of the quinceañera, she should order more table setup and food (which come with more waiters). Because, most likely she would have more guest. The contract was for 150 and they had over 200 guest. Of course, that affects our service. Also, the weather was over 90 degrees and they had a huge jumper inside, which she didn’t let the owner know she was having, so she can advise her how it would affect the temperature in the room. The jumper was blowing warm air.

Alert, please do not book this hall. They are scammers and they will take your money and they will cancel your event. My nephew‘s first birthday was planned to be in this hall !!!! Two weeks before the event, we found out that it’s a scam and we haven’t received our money back. We had to go look for a different hall. Everyone who has gotten scammed with this hall, please message me let’s all get together and let’s take this to court !!!!!! Owner is aware of all this and she is part of the scam!! everyone who has gotten scammed with this hall, please message me let’s all get together and let’s take this to court . Visited this hall for an event and it is very nice and spacious but it was not prepared for a party in the summer it was very warm inside and it was hard to enjoy the event. Servers were skipping tables and asking others if they want seconds before checking if all the tables were served. Definitely unprepared.
