Our stay at Basecamp Lodge in Shasta was absolutely perfect! The location couldn't be better—nestled in the heart of beautiful Shasta and close to all the outdoor activities we love. The lodge itself has been beautifully renovated with so much attention to detail, creating a cozy yet modern vibe that made us feel right at home.

Booking was a breeze, and the owners were incredibly communicative throughout the whole process. We had everything we needed, from well-stocked kitchen amenities to super comfortable beds, making it the ideal place to unwind after a day of hiking.

This was a perfect location for us: just a short drive from town, but it felt like we were away from it all, with a stunning view of Mount Shasta from inside the cabin, as well as from the deck chairs. The cabin was comfortable, rustic, and well stocked. We had all we needed--including some courtesy olive oil and coffee. There were only a few neighbors in the other units, and the people were very considerate. The owners made the whole process easy and communicated regularly. I highly recommend it!

What a wonderful stay! The lodge is located tucked away from everything, but close enough to the center of the town. Very quiet & serene place. Loved the giant oak trees that were dropping their gifts (acorns) all day long ? ||Air is so fresh, and you can drink directly from the tap water as it is plugged right into the Mt.Shasta spring! It is a living/healing water! Definitely go to the local Headwaters place/stream to fill up your water jugs with the water untouched by humans! Drinking this water, your Pineal Gland will uncalcify pretty quickly & your Third eye will open ?| |The night sky is mesmerizing! Feels like we're on a different planet!||The lodge itself is very clean & cozy. Spend some time outside in the morning drinking coffee/tea laying in the hammock ? You will feel God Source flowing through your heart ❤️||It's all about the experiences & feelings you experience while being there (or anywhere at this point). ||? Definitely go on a journey to Mt. Shasta (it is a Root Chakra of the Earth). Spiritual tour guide ➡️ Paul the Venusian (find him on Insta). ||Highly recommend staying at Basecamp Lodge! ?

Absolutely stunning place! It’s so peaceful and serene , you wake up to the most beautiful view of Mount Shasta. Super cute and quiet, small town vibes but close enough to everything. We adventure out to the falls which were about 10 minutes and even drove out to Lassen. The bnb is beautiful, clean, comfy beds, and everything you need. This has become my new favorite mountain destination, and would 10/10 stay here again . Thank you so much for the hospitality !

WOW! Basecamp was the cherry on top! Vacationing in Mount Shasta was wonderful. However, coming home to our Basecamp cabin made the trip! The space is nicely appointed. After hiking all day we felt welcomed and at home as we spent our evenings unwinding with amazing views of the mountain. The kitchen is fully stocked. The cabin is nicely updated. The bed was SUPER comfy. We took advantage of the hammock swings and Adirondack chairs every evening. The location is PERFECT, being in the center of everything…. hiking trails and center of town. Thank you Angela for such a welcoming and comfortable stay.

Had a wonderful time at basecamp. It is a cozy cluster of cabins situated around a large courtyard. Each cabin has a different look. We were in Cabin 2 with 2 stories and a balcony overlooking the courtyard. We gathered here with family and had a wonderful time barbequing and hanging out. Also close to lakes and hiking for day trips.

Amazing experience overall, great location, comfy and modernized lodge. Had everything we needed and more. By far the best lodge experience 100%. Mount shasta great destination and experience this early winter. Will be coming back for summertime. Highly recommend basecamp lodge !

Great location. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and dishes. Beds were comfortable and in all clean and quiet. We will be back again.
