Room was filthy and bugs everywhere. Looked like it has not been cleaned in months. Actually had to sleep in my sleeping bag on the bed because I did not want to touch anything.

The most friendly staff I've ever met. Food was really good, and they talk to you like you're local.

Pleasant surprise for an older motel. Very pleased and priced reasonably, pet friendly and
very clean and had newer furnishings and very comfortable bed. I would definitely stay here again. The manager Lisa was very easy to deal with and welcoming.

I am a senior citizen who recently lost her home and moved to to the Niland Inn. The owner Bobby, his brother Mark the manager and the other manager Lisa have gone so far out of their way to make sure I have everything I need and have been so good to me I cry when I think about their kindness. Bobby, Mark, Lisa and the handyman Larry have made a very difficult time so much easier and have reminded me there are still good people in this world. Thank you to the staff of the Niland Inn from a grateful old lady. Sincerely, Terry Morris

Stayed the night here a few weeks ago while visiting the area with my kids. Lisa in the front office is super friendly and accommodating with out even having to ask. The hospitality community needs more people like her. There were also no creepy crawlies in the room which was a plus.

This is a nice quiet very clean Motel. It's an older motel but it has been remodeled and there are no bugs here as you will find in other California motels. The management is very friendly. I would recommend this Motel for a day a week or even a monthly stay the rates are reasonable and the Furnishings are very nice. there is also a restaurant next door to the motel within walking distance

I stayed here for 4 months this past summer. They had a tiny 5,000btu window air conditioner for my room. In 120° desert heat!! It was the worst summer of my life. My room was 90-100°. The manager then, Tammy, told me if it was too hot for my child and I, I could buy an air conditioner but I couldn't take it with me when I left. Luckily, Carol took over as manager shortly after. Her sister Elaine then came to help. They were the best thing to happen to that property. They tried to get me a new air conditioner. But the owners brother just brought me a junk used 1 from a mobile home next door. I think that 1 was a 6 or 7,000btu. It was about 85° in my room then. And the water doesn't come thru cold, so you can't even take a cool shower to cool down. It doesn't come thru hot either for that matter. Just warm all the time. It's a no frills, 2⭐ motel. Wifi doesn't work for most of the property. There are 20 rooms, all with only 1 bed. So up to 2 people can stay. $300 a week, $750 a month, no idea how much daily. I also noticed that there is no way to heat the rooms in the cold winter desert nights. Although that didn't apply to my hot stay. Just an observation.
