Won't be back! Someone didn't do their job by taping off a reserved covered area that my family decided to pick. We got to the park early and were second in line to make sure we got a covered area. We asked more than one lifeguard if we could sit in the area and they said "It’s not taped off" so we did. Once the lovely family got there that did reserve it my family was asked to move and got accused of taking the tape down by one of the workers. The family insisted we share the area, which we did.
The lazy river is cool but starts to get dirty after the first hour and tubes are hard to get if you go on the weekend. Park is over priced and bathrooms are very nasty. No food allowed inside and only one food truck outside. The Ventura Aquatic Center Is cheaper and way better.

Nice place to camp ? and the water park is the best... The lacy river, it's clean.
Mini pool for kids. Not forgetting making reservations for recreational vehicles, having fun is the best.

Really great staff! Clean water park. Very fun and exciting new water structure. The lazy river is long and moves at a great pace with multiple entry points. One bummer is that there were no lockers when I went, bring a waterproof bag.

Great place for a day of play. My kids swam the lazy river about 10 times. Clean, well kept water play areas, but the bathroom/showers need way better ventilation. Some picnic tables in the back parking lot would be helpful since food is not allowed inside. Mid summer go later in the day after the summer camps leave.

Overall experience 3/10 it was perfect weather but as it was my first time I didn’t know you couldn’t get a spot with shade without spending $75! Especially with little kids you kind of have to come up with something if you don’t want to get sunburnt in the 90 degree weather and you can’t really bring umbrellas. If you have kids under 5 this place really isn’t for you. And to top it all off as we went outside for lunch we saw about four school buses pull up. I get its summer, but maybe they should’ve gotten the park for themselves, since it was extremely crowded. I won’t be coming back here anytime soon I recommend the water park at Kimball Park way cheaper you get shaded areas with tables for no extra charge and it’s $10 for 3 years old and older! Love that at the kimball one they make you get out to clean and check for stuff in the water!

This is a good campground for a quick overnight trip or even just a day for a picnic. The water park is small but enjoyable for kids. You can only buy tickets for either the morning from 10am-2pm or the afternoon from 3pm-7pm. They do not allow food in the water park, and they only allow coast guard approved floaters. So, there is no need to bring food, and life jackets can be borrowed free of charge. The facilities are not clean, unfortunately, and there's not a lot available, so there may be a long wait for the showers. There are also no family bathrooms either, so if you have small kids, you don't have help to shower and dress them up.

Had a great time! We spent the most time on the lazy river but the slide structure is a lot of fun as well. Enough tubes to go around, only had to wait a few minutes for one to be available. Lifeguards are attentive & there are a lot of them so it feels safe. Be aware, they check bathing suits & shorts for any metal buttons or zippers which are not allowed when going down the slides. The only downside is no food or drinks allowed besides water so you have to go out side the water park to eat - they do have a food truck!
