My spouse received a call from a Julie stating that he has won a chance at winning the corvette or $100,000. He told me he had put his name and number at a kiosk at the Brea Mall.

She stated that when we arrive to the destination she provides us, we are guaranteed 3 gifts with NO COSTS AT ALL.

This was all a lie. As we arrived here, I had a bad feeling. I looked at the reviews of the place and it’s obvious that this was a scam.

Everyone who walked in was very suspicious and appeared to be part of a pyramid scheme. I could smell the devious intent.

When we were called back the lady asked us what gifts were promised to us. She explained that the person doing the presentation will flicker the lights when he’s ready to do the presentation and we will all walk to the back room. At the end, we would receive the guaranteed gifts.

When we were discussing the gifts, she told us that yes they are guaranteed BUT we have to pay the taxes. I told her this was misinformed to us, because we were told that there was no cost at all. She began just speaking gibberish and not making sense at all, since she was avoiding telling us the truth. We noticed that she began to sweat as she was getting nervous, and kept asking us if we wanted a drink and we declined.

We started to discuss the corvette or $100k. We told her that over the phone, Julie told us that when we receive a scratcher and we scratch off and see a corvette, then that means we won!

Again, this was a lie. She said we will receive a scratcher that has little treasure chests, and when we get three in a row that means we win a chance of entering another raffle to win the corvette or $100k. I saw the reviews, and those scratchers are all a lie.. there are no treasure chests, just palm trees. There is no corvette and there is no $100k.

We let her know about our hardships that we are currently experiencing, also notifying her that my spouses cousin just passed away from cancer at 31 years old, including his little sister losing a friend in a tragic accident within this same week.

I began feeling uncomfortable with this whole conversation. My spouse wanted to stay to receive at least the gift cards, but when discussing the $200 restaurant gift card to her, she again did not make any sense at all. She got up to speak to her “manager”, and before receiving our answers the man flickered the lights so everyone could go and see the presentation.. we remained seated. She came back and told us that the gift card is a discount card for “buy one get one free”. We expressed how disappointed we were about the misinformation provided to us over the phone, since we drove all the way from Long Beach.

We walked out and she said “awww” lol

We shouldn’t have wasted our time after seeing these reviews, but since we drove all this way we thought WHY NOT! Seeing a scammer sweat when being caught in the scheme is *MUAH* chefs kiss .

Everyone “working” there is going to pay the consequences one day because karma is REAL and karma is a B!

If you're coming here to claim your "free gifts" please read this review. They called me saying I was selected from the mall raffle to have a chance to win $100,000 and that if I didn't win the big prize I was guaranteed to walk off with a trip for two to Hawaii with plane tickets + a two day trip to big Bear + a $200 gift card to spend at restaurants. Before going I was already expecting a timeshare presentation and that's what that was. If you're considering going just to claim your gifts don't even waste your time. The car "raffle" is a scratch off that if you win you get the opportunity of having the chance to win a car at another event. The Hawaii trip is only for two days and you have to go through a bunch of hoops and pay a bunch of fees. Same thing for the big bear trip. The gift card is not really a gift card, it is an online portal that allows you to buy coupons for discounts that require a purchase (like BOGO or 10% off up $10 discount, etc) and the options are extremely limited. For the timeshare they'll tell you it is not a timeshare that you're buying and that what they are selling you is much better than a time share. Essentially they sell you points for a fixed fee and all you have to pay later is the taxes for your stay and an yearly maintenance fee. Packages will range from $7500 to probably over $70000. They'll pressure you to buy at the spot and keep pushing hard. I'm not sure on the specifics of this one, but there is always a catch. I'd guess here the yearly maintenance fees start slow then keep quickly increasing every year or the points needed to book a hotel keep increasing, but the points you bought stay the same every year, so you can't book because of point inflation. I bet they also make it hard to book the dates you want since the guy presenting was saying he never has a problem booking dates since he does it an year in advance and was making fun of people that complain they can't book because they try to book last minute and are not capable of planning ahead. If you really want to get a timeshare don't pay for it, just go on eBay and buy it from someone that's trying to get rid of theirs. You can get some for $1 and some people are even willing to pay you so they can get rid of paying that yearly maintenance fee for the rest of their lives. Another thing I noted was that inside the presentation room it smelled like alcohol. Not sure if the sales people were drinking or if they were offering some of the "customers" alcohol, but stay away if they offer you. This was a 0/10 experience, and that's coming from someone that enjoys going to timeshare presentations. I've been to a Hilton Hawaii resort with a free car for the entire week for $500 on another timeshare pitch before without having to go through any of this BS this company is trying to pull. At least I had a good time giving ridiculous answers to their sales team and watching them struggle to make the sale

Basically a QUASAI TRAVEL /time share presentation with a twist.
They are not selling timeshares perse.
They are selling points to be able to have a hotel room for 7 days a year.

77-points is the lowest for $7100.00. Then there's the 130 points for $11000.00 dollars.

You have 12 years to pay it off If you can't pay cash or card at the time. They have convenient financing for you at 16%interest and that's with great credit but you are already pre-approved (huh.. what), .

Oh and there is a , $396.00 fee a year for for ever, the administration fee, which sounds like a maintenance fee.

You can also after 12 years will it to whomever.. oh .
But they will still have to pay the 396.00 fee annually.

So let's do the math. Let's say you do the $7100.00 plan... Plus $396.00 per year for ever anday increase in future years.. $7496.00 and some change to get this off the ground for the lowest plan 77 points. So 45 to 77 points to stay for 7 days at a 3 to 4 star hotel once a year. You get 77 points every two years which can accumulate. In those two years you would have paid a little over 2000.00, 1000.00 per year that's paying on the 7100.00 in payments at 16% interest and the 396.00 fee annually in full for a 3 star hotel for 7 days.

Imagine what the130 points at 12000.00 plus 396.00 annually would cost at 16%. But you can get into 4 and 5 star hotels/resorts for 7 days once a year. And the points are added every two years.

What if you don't go or can't go,? You still have to pay each month and the annual fee.
You would be losing money.

Let's say you pay cash up front for the whole package. Well you wouldn't have to pay any interest but you still can only stay in a hotel for 7 days a year at any destination.
And if you don't stay anywhere during a year you've waisted your money because you don't know if you are going to definitely be able to go the following year so already your losing double money ?.

Another thing they talked about is having to only pay taxes for hotel room instead of using the points. They didn't go into how available those rooms are at those rates. Probably few and far between and booked years in advance.

Oh by the way they don't pay for airfare but you can get it at a discount. But they didn't go into the particulars on how that actually occurs as in, availability and such.

So your trip voucher they give you for attending has a lot of stipulations you have to agree to and follow through with. You will have to put up $100.00 deposit which you get refunded with your airfare . Probably added into the air fare taxes.

Then there's the two day hotel stay.

Our package is for Hawaii or Cabo. We choose Hawaii. But fly all the way to Hawaii (5 hrs) one way for two days I don't think so. We will be able to extend that out but I don't know for how much? Well I'll see how the booking process goes...

This place has been there for a long time. The sales person said she has been there for 25 years and that is true. I got an invite to this place about 15 years ago but I didn't go.

Oh they gave us a 25.00 cash card for attending.They had a scratch off card. If you got three chest in a row then you qualify for the contest to win the car. Well that didn't happen.

That's what started this whole thing. The kiosk in the Brea mall to win a Corvette. I entered my info in August of 2023 and got a call in January of 2024 and for what a scratch off chance to be in a contest to win the car and a BS sales presentation of a quasai BS travel .... take off from a timeshare scheme.

They called me recently and I did my research anyways I blocked them this are their number and text numbers beware.. they said I won sweepstakes of course in listened on the phone .. wanted to hear how deceitful they're.. anyways timeshares.. I'm sure they will be waiting for me to pick up my grand prize.. yay!!! Not!!! Bye bye liars...

I've had this for the past few years and haven't had any problems. Been on a few Vacations using both points and discounts certificates. The resorts we've stayed at are beautiful and customer service is great. The cost is expensive but the fact that you actually own part of a resort and all ownership is transferred from generation to generation is awesome. It's always best to book at least six months in advance.

I mean the people are nice and all. Of course they have to be to get you to agree to pay for something you didn't know you were going for in the first place. I was told I'd be picking up prizes for a giveaway I entered. Then we get there to claim them and get veered off with a video on how to travel with discounts and I don't know what. I lost interest so fast cause that's not what I thought I was there for. Then when I told them it'd be nice to be told this over the phone and that we were basically got lied to the dude helping us got hot and bothered. Well sorry sir but you basically wasted my Saturday afternoon.

We went to the LA Boat Show this past January and there was a company asking people to try and win a free boat. So of course we figured why not. Several months later I receive a call from Great Destinations. The agent said were processing our paperwork from the show and we won a free trip. I didn't sign up for a free trip. I signed up for a drawing to win a boat. Then they say we had to go to a presentation for a free trip. Well if you have ever been to one of these so called presentations it is where they try to hardball sell you on vacation properties. Though I have told them to stop calling me I have already received multiple calls from them with the same offer. Nothing to do with a boat. Just a presentation where they try to sell stuff. These people are total cons. STAY AWAY
