We luckily knew Robyn as a friend and fellow diver before engaging her services for our wedding. Robin found our amazing venue for us!! Without her, there was no way we would have found it as it is not advertised anywhere and when we talk to our guests it's the thing they rave about first. Robyn also took care of our planning details before, during, and after or wedding. We had a very non-traditional wedding and she was always up for the random ideas we threw at her. She really got in there with us! She went above and beyond what you would expect for a wedding planner: jumping in on one of the dress fittings when no one else was available to help out. She really advocated for me, which was exactly what I needed. And after our wedding she dropped off my bouquet to the florists for preservation (I forgot it at our venue and she caught it). She was also instrumental in helping coordinate a groom prank which set the light hearted and fun tone for the entire night. In addition, any concern I had she took seriously and handled for me in a prompt and professional manner. I had zero stress on my wedding night. Highly recommended!!

She thought of all the things we didn't and reminding us of the things we needed to know.
Also, she was instrumental in following up with venues, caterers and other vendors when we were just too overwhelmed to do so. At the rehearsal dinner and the day of the wedding she helped set up everything perfectly, coordinated events beautifully, and managed to do it all with grace and aplomb.

We found and contacted Robyn in January/February 2020 to help us plan our wedding... little did we know how much the world was about to change! As of March 2020, nothing was certain, nothing could be planned or guaranteed. And yet Robyn stood by us, forever pragmatic yet hopeful; she was always gentle, understanding and wise. And in the end, we had an amazing, historic "pandemic" wedding. Safe, beautiful, perfect. She helped us adapt our plans to what was allowed for Marin county at the time, and we mustered on and I got to marry the love of my life with my closest friends and family in attendance (the rest over Zoom). I'm forever grateful to Robyn and grateful that even though we asked 20 brave souls to attend live during the biggest spike we had over the fall/winter of 2020/2021, no one got sick and everyone had a great time. We love you Robyn!

I was actually really hesitant to hire a coordinator because I had a really strong vision and plans of my own for my wedding that I was worried a coordinator would try to overstep. Robyn really honored and supported my vision and I know I couldn't have managed all the logistics without her. She was attentive and prompt, communicating with her was super easy, and she was incredibly efficient managing and organizing the vendors. She was a great resource, and she made my wedding day a breeze. She set up the decor, coordinated the vendors, and she cleaned everything up at the end of the night! Robyn even took extra pieces from my DIY decor and added more decor that fit perfectly in our theme, and that was such a nice lovely surprise!

I truly felt like I could just focus on my wedding day and nothing else. 🙂 She even made sure to get a video of our first dance which was really lovely.

Robyn exceeded our expectations! We hired her as our day-of wedding coordinator but she was involved well before the day-of-- engaging our vendors and compiling a detailed schedule. In addition, Robyn provided great suggestions to make our wedding day better and then made them happen by bringing props, equipment, signs, power cords, etc. On the day-of she made sure that everything happened according to our schedule. I had the best time on our wedding day because I knew Robyn was running the show.

We could not have asked for a better partner for our wedding! We didn't intend to hire a wedding planner but when we got into all the details we realized we needed some help. Robyn not only took the stress out of the overwhelming amount of decision making but she was super fun to work with! She completely understood our vision and our personalities and she did not try to force us into anything that wasn't "us". Our wedding was very unique and non-traditional and she helped embraced that spirit completely. She helped us make us decisions that we were struggling with and was completely accessible. She was SO calm and organized. She missed NOTHING and was so easy going. She handled the vendors so I didn't even have to think about it on our wedding day. We just showed up and got married and enjoyed the party. I would recommend Robyn for any event but especially for weddings. We not only had a great business relationship but we made a great new friend as well!
