The workers are rude. They don't wanna talk to you or help out. He acted annoyed when I rang bell for him to come out. Front lobby reaked of propane smell. Furniture outside in the parking lot. Towels, bed, rug ,chairs were all stained. Tub was dirty and broken. Then they charged a cleaning fee for bread crumbs only and said we could never get a room with them again for that reason. Horrible place to stay.

This place is horrible. I wish I could give zero stars. Bring your own towels. I have never paid to stay at a place where I needed to go buy my own towels. My rags at home are in better condition than their sheets and towels. I asked for clean towels immediately after checking in because there were visible skid marks on the hanging washcloths. The towels brought were just as dingy and had holes. The lobby area and hallways stink. The woman at the front desk is incredibly rude and very unprofessional. I witnessed her arguing with guests on 3 separate occasions. The sheets are falling apart. I woke up with bug bites all over me. The microwave doesn't work well and my ice cream melted in the freezer. When the microwave stopped working while I was trying to make microwave popcorn I pulled it out to check the plug and found someone else's underwear. When the do not disturb sign is on the door housekeeping still knocks on the door daily. She told me that if she doesn't clean the room every day it makes more work for her when we check out. Remember I found underwear in the room so how much cleaning is being done to begin with?

The filthy towels, bug bites, stench and outdated microwave and refrigerator can all be worked around. We just paid for a place to sleep for a few nights. It's Tuesday morning. My room iis paid for the reservation clearly states check out 11am Thursday. At 9:57 Tuesday morning the woman at the front desk called to tell my teenage son that we have to checkout at 11 TODAY! I am not there. I was in a business meeting 2 cities away. The reason given is our reservation is too long, someone else wants the room. They have vacancies. If it was too long of a stay then the reservation shouldn't have been able to be made. My son said that the staff was trying to use a key to open the door. I'm glad I had him lock the door when I left.

The lack of customer service skills will be this business's downfall. There are multiple reviews mentioning how rude the woman at the front desk is. It's nice to know it's not just me that she's rude to but you can't treat people like that and expect them to not share their experience. It was a spur of the moment reservation and I did not check the reviews prior to booking. Lesson learned. I noticed that every negative review has the same scripted response but nothing has been done to correct the issues. You can't successfully run this type of business with such horrible customer service. There are better hotels for the same price and even less where you will be treated with respect by employees who want your repeated business.

This place is ok however service is very awful. The lady at the front desk is very rude is like she having a bad day everyday. I stayed here muiltiple time but this time is my last. Will not be staying here anymore. Only stay due to the location is convenient for me. Again very bad and disrespectful service.

A bit steep for a place to sleep. Seems overpriced for the area and surroundings. Comes with a microwave and refrigerator. No vending machines or laundry facility.
I once seen a line of people told to leave. For no apparent reason. It lacks customer service. Everything from dirty looks to mocking the guests. You wont find a warm welcome here. But they do have plenty of space and the rooms are private. Comfy beds, large bathrooms and flatscreen TVs. ?

Easy freeway access, nice staff, and very clean rooms with all updated furniture and carpet. Has microwave and fridge in room. I slept amazing! The bed was very comfortable along with I swear the best pillows. Quiet, clean, and comfortable! what more could I ask for?!
