I had the best experience with DVC and our agent Elisa was nothing short of AMAZING! This was my first trip outside the US and I felt nothing but confidence when planning this trip, the packages were modified to my needs and during my trip I got fantastic service. Elisa did a wonderful job of planning our recent trip to Alaska. We did a land/sea tour which took us to Denali National Park and then 7 days on a cruise ship. She was efficient and answered all our questions in a timely manner. We’re already thinking of a European cruise tour for next year/

Elisa is short from amazing! She's very responsive and attentive to all details you provide her regarding how you'd like your trip to be. She made sure my 30th birthday trip to Greece was as amazing as I wanted it to be. All the hotels she booked for us were amazing, had great staff and some amazing views! We had some fun excursions as well. Had a super amazing experience with her and everything ran super smoothly while traveling. I'd use her again in a heart beat and would recommend to anyone who wants to use a travel agent for their next trip.
