The room was large and spacious but the flooring was a cheap vinyl, simulated wood plank, peel and stick that was not sticking very well and the floor was dirty. Had a big jacuzzi tub in the bathroom but the jets were filthy so we did not use them. Furniture was very old and outdated.

This hotel is a little hidden from the road but glad we stayed here. The room was huge, clean and very quiet. The breakfast across the parking lot was average but the attendant there was so friendly and we had a great conversation with her. Close to a lot of restaurant options and easy on/off freeway access.

Location is walking distance to Starbucks, Marie callender's and Ralphs to name a few. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Pool area was comfortable. Pet area is small but decent. Rooms that have jacuzzi bathtubs are amazing. Pet friendly lots of grass around for dog walking. Lots of parking available.

The room smelled (probably cig smoke even though it was "non-smoking"). The A/C barely worked and the mini-fridge pumped heat back into the room. The curtains were all ripped up. The bed was too firm. There were bugs crawling around in the bathroom. It was Motel 6 with a different coat of paint. Definitely not worth the price I paid. At least they had warm water.

This is place is fine for one or two nights.. the beds are fine and the breakfast is good. No pancakes or eggs, which is fine. They did offer croissant sausage and eggs sandwiches, cereals, yogurts, apple 7 orange juice, bagels, peanut butter, jelly, butter, danishes, fruits and tea and coffee. The biggest negative was the moldy flower tiles in the bathroom shower and a personal dislike for the very dark mustard colored rooms. Makes it look dreary.

Great hotel to stay in when visiting Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. I drove up with my dog for a few days to visit the different beaches, parks and trails.

The room was 'pet friendly' and spacious. It was ready when I arrived and very clean. They also have a dog station just outside of the hotel and provide waste bags if needed.

My only issue, is the proximity of the 'pet friendly' room to the lobby. It's a high traffic area, so my dog would bark or get startled whenever someone would walk by talking loud or the housekeeping would pass by with their cart.

Other than that, great hotel, friendly staff and good wifi connection. I would stay there again next time I'm in the area with or without my dog.

Great location - close to restaurants and shopping. Hotel was clean and our room was spacious and included a refrigerator and microwave. Loved the bathroom counter space. We enjoyed their continental breakfast, Jennifer was great at helping us heat our food and replenishing food as needed.
