This is my favorite go to Santa Cruz hotel. They have Keurig in room coffee makers. Walking distance to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk. They're just a hop, skip, and a jump from downtown Santa Cruz. The staff is quite pleasant. Everything is always quite clean. If you have Skater children, you can watch them from the comfort of your room. The San Lorenzo River and trail is right there also.

The room is nice, clean and has everything you need. You can hear people in the other rooms, but you can sleep. They ask for a 200k deposit, which is fine. The only problem is that they give it back in five days. If you are in vacation mode and need that money, don't count on it like me 🙁 and the guy at the reception is far from friendly

The rooms were not fancy, but everything was clean.
It was priced very fairly. The people at the desk were very nice. I would stay there again.

Top notch location close to the beach, Boardwalk, and downtown Santa Cruz. Rooms are almost all on one level so no one above you to make noise. Didn't like being too close to the road since it can be noisy and the rooms were dated. Overall it was a good experience.

Awesome location! Could walk to the boardwalk and the beach easily. Room was clean and my family was comfortable being there! It's obviously nothing fancy, but not like a roach motel AT ALL.
I will definitely stay here again when I visit Santa Cruz.

Room was pretty nice. Had a kitchen complete with stove. Staff was actually accommodating and willing to help. Location is 7 min. Walk from the beach. Cost was reasonable.

Everyone that works there is extremely friendly, helpful and caring and I would 100% recommend this motel over any other that is close to the Boardwalk. Great people! ?

Excellent location, just a 5 min walk to the boardwalk, and about 10 minute walk to downtown shops. The room was basic, bed was not the best as it made noise every time one of us moved and was lumpy. Everything was relatively clean and we were provided with essentials. For the price and location it was ok. Staff checked us in and out quickly and with a smile.
