If there was a 10 star rating, that is what Bob's Taxi deserves! I'm from southwestern WI and set up a ride a day in advance for pick up at the Santa Rosa Airport. Bob's Taxi asked me to text them my flight itinerary, which I did. The airline I was flying with arrived late at night, which required sleep time for pilot. I'm all for proper sleep time! The late arrival delayed each of my flights, not by much. Each time I updated Bob's Taxi. I made it to the Santa Rosa airport where my driver, Junior, was waiting for me. He even texted me to let me know where he was waiting. Junior was so kind and professional! As if it was cool enough in the car too. This was my first time vacationing solo. I have always wanted to visit California! I know there are other forms of transportation services out there that are less expensive. The vehicle that Junior picked me up in was clearly marked on the outside. The inside of the car was clean and very comfortable. Added plus, they take credit card payment. I leave next week to head fly back to WI. I will definitely be contacting Bob's Taxi a day before I leave, to drive me back to the Santa Rosa Airport! Ten stars to Bob's Taxi and 10 stars to my driver, Junior!

Could not recommend higher Bob’s! Paul especially who was our driver. We booked a ride to pick us up and drop us off from an event and was early both times. He was so friendly when we were driving. And in addition to all that, I needed to make a pit stop for feminine products on the way home which I was embarrassed to ask for, but Paul was so accommodating and nice that he not only suggested that he could wait for me, he knew of a Target that we could stop at. It meant a lot to me. Thanks to Bob’s!

If I could rate this lower I would. I tried to use this service but he charges double what Uber or Lyft would and was a bit rude when I asked him why he charges twice as much. Not worth it, of you have another way to go do it. You save money and have better service.

Outstanding customer service, both to and from the airport. Going, our driver arrived early, waited patiently as we took care of all those last-minute details and skillfully navigated rush-hour traffic on Highway 101 to get us to the terminal ahead of schedule. Coming back, Sam, the owner himself, was already waiting for us. No wait times at all. And on both trips, the fares came in under the estimates. I would recommend Bob’s Taxi without hesitation and look forward to using them again.

Yesterday I used Bob’s Taxi service both to and from my destination for the first time. I was very pleased with their service! The drivers, the owner Sam, and the other driver Junior were very personable, and very safe drivers. The cars were very clean and they were right on time. These factors made this trip so much easier. I would highly recommend Bob’s Taxi !

Went to Napa with friends and used bobs taxi. They were on time and very helpful. Junior was awesome!! Definitely recommend this taxi company. I wish I can give him 10 starts instead of 5.

I helped coordinate a trip for 50 ppl to Sonoma and there’s no way I would have been able to do that successfully without Bob’s help. He was super responsive from day 1 and always followed up with questions or confirmations to assure me he had it under control. He helped me with numerous amounts of rides getting passengers to and from SFO airport or getting them to and from Napa for wine/chocolate tastings. He and his drivers were prompt for all the rides and all the passengers that rode with Bob’s taxi were all very, very happy with their service. Bob was great and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone! I look forward to giving him our business again should the opportunity arise. Don’t hesitate to book with Bob’s taxi!
