Awesome service! We were stranded at night along a busy road with two toddlers because our truck broke down. I'm so grateful for the owner's quick response and willingness to fit us in between a call he was on because of the urgency. He was so kind and helpful. Truly grateful for our experience with his taxi service.

If I could leave a zero, I would. A couple of our guests needed a ride to Reno, he told me he would be here at 3, then 4, I called at 4:30 and he claimed his car suddenly broke down. There flight is scheduled to leave at 7 from Reno. Horribly unprofessional!!! If you didn’t want to do it, JUST SAY SO!! At least then I could have tried to find an alternative solution. Horrible, just horrible. Sad this is the only gig in town. ZREO STARS!

Jake is a very nice man I was stranded in Susanville with no knowledge that this town doesn’t have Ubers ? he came and took me to go visit a love one and was not judgmental he was kind the price was fair I would use his services again

I used the Taxi to get to/from work today and Jake is still awesome, still very sweet and super knowledgeable about the whole town and surrounding areas.

Super nice guy, Jake, who quoted me an excellent price for having to unexpectedly travel to Chico. I ended up not needing the ride, but he was so kind and very, very fair and appropriate with the quote. If I need urgent transportation to Chico or Reno again, or just around town, I'm calling Jake first!

Jake is awesome he skipped his lunch break to take me home so I didn't have to carry a shopping cart if groceries with my toddler on foot! He's the best! Tip him well he deserves it he's a good man?

The gentleman that picked me up and took me to Hertz then again, pick me back up from Hertz and took me to the dealership was absolutely awesome. His prices are reasonable, his attitude is great, and he loves dogs, which is a plus.

Thanks again for coming in clutch and helping me out.

The so called driver told me to call him by 10pm to take me to Reno airport with a flat rate of $300 and I agreed. Waited until 10:02pm and started calling him all through 10pm to 1am and he never answered and didn't call back and at a point he started declining my calls, and I even left him 2 voice mail. And he made me missed my 6am flight. Was very disappointing and frustrating
